How many of you faced this No Display For Integrated Graphics?

    • @geov.1052

I have this problem on many dell optiplex pc's with displayport . Sometimes its fixed by disconnecting and reconnect the displayport cable. It usually happens if the computer monitor goes to power save mode.

Oddly enough, I had a Customer who recently brought in his Computer today. In the end, he had a bad motherboard, but what were the odds you would post a video the same day that I had someone bring in a computer for no signal.

@@shahchowdhury8710 did you try your memory in different slots, or are there Led lights on the motherboard for diagnosing? I'm guessing your PC is not posting/showing any display at all.

THIS VIDEO IS A BLESSING!!! I have ZERO experience with PCs but recently bought a Ibuypower PC because I want to start streaming. I got this specific model because I saw a lot of good reviews of it being a really great starter/beginner PC. I was so excited when I got it all hooked up and the leds were going but the monitor wasn't showing display. I tried to figure out what was wrong for about 2 hours and was nearly in tears and about to give up when I tried following this video and it was fixed!!!Thank you so much!!!!

Brian for every "Negative Nancy" there are dozens of us who learn, are entertained and really enjoy this channel and it's content. Don't let these trolls get you down. You are providing a valuable service that is truly appreciated by the majority of us. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. It's too bad that those who critize most don't add anything to the overall experience.

Brian, there are some of those who want to sit back and criticize everything and everyone for whatever it is that they are doing. However, those who do not like the content or complain about what it is that you are doing on your channel most likely aren't even doing what you are trying to do---which is helping others. I really, really appreciate what you are doing on your channel and welcome every piece of advice that you give. For those complainers, they can go take a walk off a short bridge. But I bet they aren't brave enough to make their own channel and videos cause they are cowards! Keep ya head up and keep up the good work chief! Stay strong and stay safe bro!

This worked perfectly on my Dell XPS 8500 (i7 3770).
The graphics card died and the BIOS had no option to turn on integrated graphics. But the info in this video work. After I drained the CMOS power and then turned it back on, the first startup failed (maybe re-powering the CMOS?) but the second startup booted into bios like I wanted. Works perfectly!

Got up this morning to find "No Signal" on my monitor ! Swapped HDMI cable, tried vga cable, swapped monitor, no joy ! One thing I noticed when switching on the monitor (mine's an LG like yours in this vid) was that there was only 2 segments (input and monitor) of 4 showing in the circular options. The other 2 (picture mode and menu) were greyed out !.... I then noticed my monitor was connected to the integrated graphics HDMI instead of my GTX 950 card (must have accidentally plugged in to integrated instead of Video card when moving PC around in the past)..Reconnected HDMI to GTX 950 and got my screen back, pheew!...Worried now that my motherboard (ASUS Z170-K) might be on the way out, I Googled integrated graphics repair and found this !! Brilliant ! Haven't tried removing the battery yet but will do when I get time just to see if it works. Thanks a lot.. BTW in the past I have changed batteries but only when batteries died and dates/times reverted back..is there anything else I need to know that might change apart from leds/dates/times/ etc ? Thanks.. I found your (this) video perfect for viewing regardless of anyone having a whinge. Thanks again

I'd rather not open my PC if it isn't necessary but I do not see an option to "enable integrated" in the BIOS. Should I just reset to default settings? Brian, Excellent video btw, didn't help with my problem though so I thought I'd ask your advice.
I have just bought a new cheap pc to replace one that died I also bought cheap discrete gfx card (for my 3 monitor setup). Emphasis on the cheap as 'er indoors thinks I should make do with my tablet & laptop.
    The new PC consists of
    MSI A320M-A Pro Max
AMD Ryzen-5 3400g CPU (with Vega gfx)
    GeForce GT710 1GB
The problem I have is, without the 710 card, the integrated gfx work fine on monitor 1. As soon as I plug in the 710, we have graphics on monitors 2 & 3 but nothing on monitor 1. Meaning that ATM I can have 1 or 2 monitors but not 3. I have tried ALL combinations of Gfx options in the BIOS, all to no avail. Any Ideas?

A big THANK YOU! I got a used Dell 3010 with no hard drive and though it was supposed to post to BIOS settings there was no video on the HDMI or VGA ports. Following your procedure I got the video working so I could see the BIOS and it was clear sailing after that.

Edit: I got permission from my mother but when I attempted it. It failed.

For people with a dedicated GPU but the integrated GPU isn't recognized try this: Go into the BIOS and change the boot graphics card to the integrated graphics.
