Hello, thanks for the review. I bought this series and used few times. One day, I mistakenly disconnected the power source without shutting down properly. I have not been able to use the printer, the power comes on but the screen goes off. Do you know how I can get it to work?

Honestly, if there's a problem with the screen then I advise to contact HP's customer service in your local area and let them know about it. Ask for a solution and if needed use the warranty cause it should come with 3 years warranty right?

what about the resolution to print on glossy photo paper? would it make a hi-res photo quality? or just fine? Thanks!

From what I know, he resolution depends on 3 aspects:
1. quality of the paper / media you are using.
2. The resolution you set.
3. The resolution of the photo you choose to print.
If all those align, then the print quality will be the same as what you printed.

You can either purchase the original by HP or compatible ink cartridges.
Personally, I prefer to purchase the original.
And usually, I manage to find a deal of 1+1 or all the 4 ink cartridges for a reasonable price.

If you are using it for business/large scale - it would be best to get one of these.

Do you always have to replace all Cartridges? Or you just replace black if you want to?

It has auto documents feeder so if you place a bunch of documents it can scan all of them with one press of a button.

Does hp officejet pro 8023 do sublimation printing?

Tried to put the cartridges and I keep getting the message that says one or more cartridges are missing or damaged

Are this genuine HP cartridges? did you previously use non-genuine HP cartridges?
If the answer to one of these question is YES, then that might be the problem or caused to a problem (based on what I know so far).
Anyway, if this issue still keeps going, then I advise to contact HP's customer support in your local area and ask for a solution.

No, this is Inkjet printer.
The printer sucks. It always seems to recalibrate when I need to use it. Not easy to add paper in the middle of using it. My old printer was so much better.
