I just made this. I didn't have parsley so I used Italian herbs. I didn't have spaghetti so I used pasta ribbons. Also didn't have hard cheese so I used mozzarella lol what do I have 😂😂😂

Red spaghetti!!! A family favourite with a braai! We even had a red spaghetti competition amongst the cousins to see which family mad e the best !

Maybe try to add a crushed chilli and tablespoons of cashew nut finely crushed into powder form. Gives it an Asian flavor.

Fatima you're really taking me back to Sunday roast with that exact same pasta as a 'side'. My grandmother made it arrabiatta style with chili's and the 1 tin of tomato paste to 3 cans of water. I've made it with olives or anchovies in with the onions with no protein usually and yesss, soi good and garlicky cold...I LOVE how you keep it fancy and elegant even when it's simple and easy. Thank you!💝

Hey Fatima...this is one of my favorite especially as a side dish on Sundays with the lunch , my late Mom taught me how. I add dry chillies to give it a spice up. Lol
