Only issue I encountered after all these years is the front electro-magnetic shocks. There’s all this advice saying to eliminate them when bad and convert to a conventional setup. I refused to do this but only Caddy dealer has the proper parts and know how. Cost was almost $1500. Virtually nothing else has faulted. Engine is a dream
Like the retractable running boards. I love the look of the ESV more than the regular wheel base & as always looks great in black. I want one, eventually.
This guy must trade cars weekly. Every video he says he used to have one just like it. Owning a car for a short time does not qualify you to speak to the long term reliability or functionality. Taking one home for the weekend is even worse. I understand your goal is to move cars but it comes off as insincere.
We have 3 cars and a motorcycle right now and we usually keep cars for a year or two...I buy them when the market dips and sell them for what I paid. I'm actually +3300 total profit going back to every car my wife and I've had. We had the Escalade for about a year and a half or so, Diamond White, 22's, every option. I bought it back in the day with 100k for $21000 and sold it with about 115k for $22000. Do remember that I'm 50 and at a car per year between my wife and I it adds up
This is good to know. I can't decide between one like this or a Lincoln L. I finally paid off my 4 year loan on my 2006 Town Car & I eventually want to buy a second car which been researching until I make up my mind since in no hurry.
Air ride suspension! If an 07, expect to replace the compressor, and rear shocks. Aftermarket ones work fine! Also the gas evaporate canister will need to be replaced with a newly designed one if not done so already. Battery cables, just replace them with new ones and clean the ground from the body to the frame under the driver's side door. Ball joints upper and lower. Other than that, just maintain the engine and transmission and be sure to periodically replace the coolant. Gm coolant doesn't do well if not flushed ever year or two.
Hey Joe, what’s your opinion. If you could choose both, this or the LX470 2006? Both of them have back up cameras so that’s all good lol. Which is better to you ?
I know, this is the first I've heard this one. The Chevrolet Silverado yes, but not the Escalade. Not that many people want one as those who like trucks more.
A modern classic and quintessential American icon. Gotta love the Escalade ESV.
That should be their slogan Browningate, that was very well said!
Camera man, please don't do drugs anymore!!
My 2009. ESV is the best car I ever owned, fast, comfortable and fast with great gas mileage for its size and weight. Love it
I just got a 2009 esv are you still happy with the truck still and issues for me as a heads up?

We loved our ESV...didn't need the big size but loved how it looked and drove.
description says ford escalade lol
Plecoman92 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
LMFAO!
Need to invest in another camera man lol
Poor Armando has gone in another direction in life Caleb. My new videos are much cleaner. Thank you so much for taking a look and happy new year.
I thought the used ones seemed undervalued now, 2018. What are you seeing as a professional?
I love these truck i myself have a 04 yukon denali xl i would love to sell it and get a cadillac escalade esv i like this one
uravgguy78 why do you want to switch? I have been looking at ones for sale and deciding which I want to go test drive first.
Andy S why switch? thank you.
This 07 looks the same as 2014,is there a difference????
Essentially identical...which makes a low-mile '07 one of the great buys in the industry!
@@everycarSeattle Ok cool cause I was thinking the same thing, thanks man...

J’en ai une de cette année la j’en suis très content dommage qu’elle consomme un peu trop mais à l’éthanol je m’en sors quand e
Ok, ok, I'm the camera man, I get it.... LOL 🤣😆🤣🤣🤣😆
تحياتي وحترامي لك يا طيب القلب ربي يحفظك 🇯🇴🌺❤️🌹🙏

Your camera guy needs to learn to point the camera where you're talking or show the actual vehicle
you wait to show power running board and stupid camera man stays angled at you...lmao...
escalade and resale value lol, um i dont think so
I know, this is the first I've heard this one. The Chevrolet Silverado yes, but not the Escalade. Not that many people want one as those who like trucks more.
That goes for all luxury vehicles.
Wouldn’t trusts video where they call a Cadillac ford, having a camera man that sucks and calling am suv a car
How was this in any way a review? You were advertising a car on your lot (a sad excuse of an advertisement at that)
No way it sold for same amount
It was $71000 new and maybe $20000 or so when we sold it. Black on black Escalade ESV's will always be worth nice money.
@@everycarSeattle that a good price for this. Here in Lubbock can't even get one for that price unless it has high miles.
Why does he keep calling this a "car"?? It is definitely a truck!!
Freudian slip, I do it all the time...I also reference stereo systems as cd players when most cars haven't played cd's in years.
Its actually an suv
