Looks like you did have it on a flat at first, question is, what did you do to turn it into an inside edge? I am not a coach and I may be wrong but it looked like you led into the inside edge with your free (trailing) arm. Perhaps something else happened that I can't see like you may have dropped your free hip or some other part of you off of that leading edge.
MaryatFitandFed Yea, I just can't (yet) figure out how to get my brain to tell my leading foot not to do that! My coach gave me an exercise to work on today for it.. squatty spread eagles (kind of a plié) in and out.
