i watxhdd the original like 10 yrs ago i tried to watch it tonight but could only find the english remake i get why he remade it i think both arrrrrrre harrowing😁😁😁😭
I could be wrong, but I doubt many people watching Funny Games will think through what it’s saying. Unfortunately I was familiar with Haneke’s films, so it didn’t have such a jarring effect on me. After a friend and I left the theatre, I tried to explain how I saw the film. My former friend told me I was a sociopath and so was Haneke. I wonder how unique my situation was for other viewers?
Great interview. Really insightful
Best film ever made

Seems like there ain't much of making-of material out on the net including production stills or even behind-the-scene video footage.
very great and interesting interview, do you have any recommendations for similar filmaker interviews?
thank you!
Thanks for this! Could you upload the Arno Frisch interview too?
Of course! I was intending to upload it, but I just need to proofread the subtitles that were ripped
Uploaded!
@@markrobert9915 Thank you so much! I've been meaning to buy the Criterion just for these, but now I don't have to anymore.

ole bornrdal was to remake his original 1994 nightwatch with miramax almost shot for shot in 1997, but soderbergh and post-production messed it up
