To do something like that you will need a program that does external flow. Sadly Fusion doesn't have that ability. So you will need access to Ansys or something that can handle external flow. And you will need to seal up the body as a solid. This is because the body will need to be meshed and the open elements will not be good for flow. Think about how you would seal it up to make a 3d print of the body.
Ian, I have been giving thought to a car with lots of detail and I might do an early 80s Porsche 911 turbo. Lots of good blueprints out there and i think it would be a decent challenge....
