Kent Rollins knows his way around a sandwich. I've had a few tuna melts in my time, but nothing compares to this. This sandwich combines grilled cheese with a tuna mixture that is the best of both worlds.

This is why you use mayo to "butter" bread when grilling it in a pan. If you HAVE to use butter, then simply melt it in a microwave first and then brush it on. Also....packaged pre-shredded cheese is lazy as hell.
With that said, this tuna melt came out looking pretty good.
