Hi kenny. Firstly happy new year to you and wishing you only the best for 2024, I reached my 60th birthday back last June and was feeling very much that I didn’t want it to arrive but then realised I just can’t stop it from happening. Lol😂 so I embarrassed it and enjoyed myself with family And friends, I have lived with a heart condition now for the passed 20 years and to be honest wasn’t sure I would ever reach my 60th but here I am heading towards my 61st birthday so I have a lot to be grateful for in life. My advise to you would be just do what ever makes you happy , that could be keeping up your jogging and walking you started, your time with your girlfriend and family are important I’m sure. Basically just take day by day and week by week. But also try and have a few things planned to look forward too, mine is a holiday to Spain this year.

2023 was pretty relaxed for me. I just worked to save some money, but towards the end of 2023 I started studying part time and it is stressfull but I hope it will get better this year. Nice to have you back Kenny 😄

I’ve never been a new years person, reflecting yes. One day is the same as the next. You the first person to be encouraging. I can only live within my means.
2023 was the worst year of my life, but 2024 is already better
I'm 37 and I don't think about age anymore. It's just a number. Of course you just have to think about this as the experiences you had in your life, you already accomplished things you wanted, are you happy? You have people you care about close to you? Anyway, Whatever you want for your life don't think about "age" like something bad or related to be young or be old" it's something more than that. I love you, i love the things you bring here and my goal is still improve my English and... Get the things I want to feel happy with this.

Health problems wasted my life away and stopped it at times, yup, when you are in your 20's your like well I still have my 30's which 30's are young years, then when you are in your 40's that's it, old age and death is right around the corner. Happiness and feeling accomplished is really predicated on success, such success like buying a house and vehicles and having kids, essentially being financially successful, anything outside of that gives the feeling of rotting away. Those that want to be famous do so that their name lives on through history, which I rather just make an impact on the world, as I could careless about fame, but and though fame is a good way to get the ladies. LoL
