Congratulations on wrecking your 4x4 drive system never switch to "lock" under stress environment (hill for example) or with wheels turned. Straight wheels, even ground, and only then lock.
Ok, maybe I was wrong then. I used to drive Grand Vitara II 2007 so it may be true for older systems. But I think it's the case for all real 4x4s. Those crossovers are more like toys ;) now I'm driving sx4 s-cross 2020 and it's a good car, don't get me wrong, but real 4x4? No ;)
@@JeanV1986 Oh, really? Tell me, please, where can I buy a new one in EU? They don't import it anymore. Will be available, in the future, as utility truck with two seats. You might wanna do a little research before making a statement.
@@JeanV1986 European emission standards: "From 2021, phased in from 2020, the EU fleet-wide average emission target for new cars will be 95 g CO2/km." Hence the reason Jimny will come back to EU market as two seats utility truck. :( You can still find one or two Jimny at some shady dealers in Europe but you'll have to pay 4k eur or more in addition to original price range. I'm thinking maybe Suzuki could change the engine and keep Jimny as an off-roader. That's why I'm saying "We need Jimny back in Europe!". Maybe Suzuki will read... :))
Well, own a driving license since 2007, bought my own car first in 2011, is enough skill ? BUT, it's my first experience with a 4x4 car and Off-road environment though :)
Maybe a subaru forester would be a better choice for off road driving. But XV NO. I used to believe that Subaru had a superb AWD system but not all of them. Subaru XV has more like a a clutch to transmit the power to the rear wheels and a real three differentials. So S cross is a fair good affordable choice.

That's only with a traditional 4x4 system, not these new ones.

You dont hesitate on those tiny Suzukis AWD with lockers. It can go wherever big names in 4x4s can go
Ha ha ..no way...
@@RKalos oh yes

What are the downsides and good point?
Would you tell me your experiences?
Thank you

@@gunsonlittle I just checked, you're right. I was almost sur we had it in Europe. What's the reason for removing it?

Manual from the amount of engine RPM @2:31. Plus a significant lack of driving skill.
