I just bought the game since its on sale and I've not touched YuGiOh in around 15years, waaay back in early secondary school.
I legit have no idea what's happened to the game I once played but its been fun although I'm a real scrub making a deck since everything seems so new. I ran a very basic deck that was used back in the day so having a tutorial to help out is so much help!
I really like themes so making themed decks is where I have the fun. Winning or losing doesn't matter, I'm just along for the ride!

Haven't played yugioh since 2009. Jumped into this game and wow how the game has changed. But made me a red eyes deck and loving it. Just having a hard time grasping all the other new types of summons.
I haven’t really played any yugioh games since the tag game on 360 and I’ve really always enjoyed using dragon decks. Will a blue eyes deck still be viable online? I’m watching this just to figure out what other cards to add to the deck, so many new series it’s overwhelming.
Blue-Eyes will always be viable, a tad bit bricky, but Blue-Eyes got some amazing support cards in the last few years. Especially with Cards like Blue-Eyes Alternative Dragon and the Level 1 Blue Eyer Tuner Engine.
hey man! fairly new player but I know tings. looking to get an intermediate deck built can you recommend anything? nothing with Link Evolution or overly complicated I don't get what that shit is haha.
I'm struggling to make a really good aqua and a pyro deck. I fell out of yu gi oh after gx and I started to get back into it and I tried my old school style decks and I can't win in campaign with them. Just need a little help on what kind of deck I should use on them types of cards because they are some of my face decks to use.
The best “Aqua” based Deck that I like is Mermails in the game format is a high combo heavy extra deck utility based deck that I like but it mostly depends on your play style. Best “Pyro” based deck is Salamengreat

You get them from the Soul Burner Pack if your playing the Link Evolution version of the game. I personally recommend just duel the CPU in the game to get all the card from there deck then go to the card pack to open up packs that the most “efficient” way of getting cards you want cause this way you get cards and points two birds one stone
Also no problem if your looking to play the strongest pure Aqua or Pyro Decks top 3 to me are

Hey bro I played yugioh as a kid , got any good start deck recommendations ? Is blue eyes still a good deck in just looking to campaign and maybe once I finish I will play online , I’m like halfway through now I played for a couple months dropped it and and just now about to play and try and make a deck but I feel like mY other decks were were just thrown together
Blue eyes is a really good deck bro trust it’s at a point in its lifespan where you could mix it with other archetypes and get some pretty interesting results

I haven’t played yugioh in years and I came back to duel links. Last week I decided to dust off my ps4 and play this and I’m completely lost lol pendulum and links kinda confusing
What is the side deck for?
I just got the game and started the campaign on PS4. Is there a way to check the booster packs we earn?
The only way to see what cards are I. The booster packs is by looking up an online spread sheet but, you don’t earn packs from duels in campaign you only earn cards based on the deck archetype your opponent is using.
For the future keep this in mind cause it’ll make Card searching a lot faster and easier for the deck you may want
@@transparenthoodieentertain8621 Thanks for answering. 2nd question. I want to make the deck to fly through the campaign with the White eyes stuff. Most of the cards are from Seto and Joey. Do I get their cards anytime I battle them in story or reverse battles?
Battle them in Story/ reserve duels also duelist challenges. Like I mentioned before
How viable are pendulum xyz cards
Mostly depends on the deck you plan on running. There isn’t a tone of XYZ pendulum cards you could put in any deck. You’ll either run into consistency issues or having to build a deck that’ll revolve around that specific card you wanna play or bring out.
