They need to update this game consistently to the new TCG sets, and update the banlist because it isn’t correct.
Exactly how I feel, I still play this game often though. Really great.
The banlist is a worlds cross banlist it's similar to worlds banlist that's why it's weird lol for world banlist they conbine the tcg and ocg banlists

I’ve always been a big fan of dark magician, and I run two different versions of dark magician. The spell book and dark magician, then a dark magician and dark magician girl deck. Ever since the newer support came out for dark magicians, I’ve gotten more into Yu-Gi-Oh then I ever have before. To see it in action like this is very fun to watch. My main gaming console is Switch, but for all my hard core gaming I use PC. Thanks for the continuous content through everything going on out there, and it is a joy to watch your videos. Even ones that don’t focus on card pulling or deck building. The variety of content used, makes it that much more enjoyable to me.
I dunno about y’all, but it’d be dope seeing more deck profiles from this game. *Hint hint*
The DM deck is one of my favorites. I started with Yugi's deck way back when it first came out. To this day, I still pIay it. I play on the PS4 for most of my gaming.

I’m pretty disappointed that the god cards or the sacred beasts don’t get special animations. I mean they’re just as iconic as Blue Eyes or Neos.

Honestly I speak for everybody on link evolution they need to implement tag duels
Heard something a long time ago about the Xbox 360 games being made by a different developer, with that developer being responsible for tag duel games. Best we can do is hope that Konami hasn't screwed them over. Tag duels were awesome.
Hopefully or even they can do a little updates where we can have card sleeves

Nice video sam, I watch your channel alot because of how much I love yugioh. I'm thirteen right now and iv been playing since i was seven. This video helped me understand what legacy of the duelist is like, I probably wont win, but I play on nintendo switch.
I play on pc. Spell book engine mix with dark magician oh boy just surrender.
Im a simple man: i see Dark Magician, i click, i liked.

I play OCG, a combo that I learned that is quite powerful:
Magician Rod + Magician Soul:
1. Search *Soul Servant* with Rod
2. Call *Dark Magician*
3. Use Soul Servant to get *Mahad*
4. XYZ Summon *Galaxy Tomahawk*
5. Rod+Tomahawk = *Predaplant Verte Anaconda,* 4 tokens = *Ip* + *Union Carrier*
6. Fusion Summon *Dragun of Red-Eyes*.
7. You may also use the *Union Carrier* to equip *Dark Magician Girl* (Or Mana if you use her) to Ip so she is sent to the graveyard next turn when the Ip is used to make *Mekk-Knight Crusadia Astram.*
Also any reason why you're running Imduk over Link Spider? You don't have Lv4 normal monster in your Deck.
I use Imduk so you can fusion Red Eyes/Dragon Knight.
If you're running two Navigation, I do think Apprentice Illusion Magician is worth a second thought... You can special summon her using Navigation with Dark Magician and get another dark magician too, and it helps discarding bricks in your hand. Then next turn you can turn the Dark Magician on field into Imduk and fusion summon Red-Eyes or Dragon Knight.
I play on Switch and PS4. But, mainly switch. In fact, I mainly play Yugioh Nexus on my laptop. I have a few decks I play with. Awesome video, Sam! Keep it up, samurai duelist!

It isn’t, but still the summoning animations are much smoother and cleaner. But yeah Legacy of the duelist is FUN!!
I think you guys underrate Duel Links a bit much. Duel LInks is slower paced but there's a lot more back and forth compared to OCG/TCG which generally becomes one-sided after turn 3/4 (if not already ending on the said turns).
Plus, many nostalgic deck themes are much more relevant since they tried to keep the meta at a lower level than OCG/TCG.
It's not better or worse, it's just different, and there are still many fun things you can do with it.
Imagine if Link Evolution is full official from Konami 🤣... this game will be masterpiece ...
@@SoysauceML I feel like only the turns themselves are slower paced in duel links. It's usually over in 2-3 turns though. There isn't as much skill or power struggle involved. With duel links you usually know what your opponent is going to do as soon as they play the first card(sometimes you can tell just by their character and skill), so you just have to remember that decks combos and time it right to win most of the time. I'm not saying it's a horrible game. It just gets boring winning with the exact same play every time.

Also with ebon on the field, you could’ve attacked with dark magician first and ebony effect would’ve went off to banish a card on the field and you could’ve said the navigation in the graveyard.

I know how you feel. Although it is the campaign, I've destroyed DM, GX and 5ds with one loss on my pure raidraptors and then used my pure krawlers to destroy link and zexal. Using the same cards I have in real time for my decks. Love this game and have been playing everyday when I get off work. Shoutouts to Sam for his epic DM build! If i had it on pc, or we can cross with windows 10, I'd happily take you on
