had a huge rave last yr, kid was short, most hilly course that yr with tons of sand too, and he was in 8th or 9th, won and got like 5 minute miles and for a 5k got like 15 minutes and for 2 he got 10 minutes.. unbelievable
Would be interested to see a Prediction Run competition for a 5k. Every submits their predicted time, then runs without a watch or tracking, whoever is closest wins. It's an option for a playing field slower folks can participate in.

we did this at camp and it was so fun!
When he first said 34 miles a day average, I thought he said 3 to 4 miles a day. So I reminded it and was absolutely blown away with how many miles he ran everyday.

I live in Denver but had no idea you were coming here. A 6 minute mile at this altitude is no joke. Your lungs will bleed.
This just proves how quick some people are. One of my friends at Loughborough Uni just broke 4 in the mile whilst also having a 58 high first lap. He would have won both prizes. Damn.
It’s crazy the guy who won the race ran an 4:14 at state whilst going out in 59 for the first lap some people are insane

If you want hoka either the cliftons or the mach I personally think the rincon wears down way too fast at least in the previous models

If your timer is correct that was around a 60 second last lap.
By the way you usually go 8-11 seconds slower at that altitude per mile

What are the odds today was the first day I have ever run in elevation. I ran at 7,000 feet today. The hills are the only part that I would say is bad.

Yeah that's utter bullshit, besides which few commercially available treadmills go up to 20km/hour, let alone 20miles/hour
