Judging by the looks of it, its absolutely luscious, the filling isn't dry not like the other empanada that I've tried, and it really has a rich flavorful filling and the dough looks great, it has that air bubble after it was fried that makes it really perfect for me. I will definitely try this recipe. Thanks erwan!
