Love your videos! You should also get regular blood work done especially at this age, as we women suffer from anaemia, thyroid and hormonal issues, and even signs of an infection would show up on your blood work. Hope you feel better! ❤

Coconut water is excellent for electrolytes…as well as celery and oranges. Without the chemicals that are in the drink mixes. Also it helps to take a 1/8 of a tsp of Celtic Sea Salt in the AM and in PM under tongue. It helps your body absorb the water you drink; full of minerals your body needs to help hydrate. Good luck!

I was fortunate to grow up in the Aleutian Chain in Alaska. Our summers were filled with Orcas, sea otters, all sort of sea life but by far the best was the Humpback Whales. Most years momma and her baby would come up from California and stay the summer in our bay areas. You are right, you will cry every time you look into their eyes. Nothing touches your soul so deeply than the eyes of a whale.

I feel you with the overpacking and the time it takes to pack. I also don't have a husband that packs for himself . . . I'm afraid to see what he'd pack if left to do it on his own. 😂 And the toiletries, hair stuff, etc. is so much!! I love to travel but hate packing so much.
I had the same thing a few months back and I started to use nasal saline every day and upped my allergy meds. What finally helped the most was the antibiotic I took for a sinus infection. That is what was actually causing all of my issues.

Hi Kylie Growing up I never had ear infection. But in the last couple years I started having trouble with my ear and jaw and getting dizzy when I would move. About 2 weeks after my ear and jaw starts hurting I end up getting Sinus infection. Hope you are feeling better. Marc you are so sweet to bring extra shoes for Kylie. You are both so lucky to have each other.. Sending love, hugs and prayers

Synthetic fragrance (perfumes, bath and body works, etc) are MAJOR endocrine disrupters. Unfortunately 😭 But after I got rid of it all I feel SOOOO much better.

Neti pot, ear coning, *the Epley Maneuver*, Acupuncture & what you're already doing will definitely help. One little bandaid effect is wearing red or rose colored glasses. They helped me with severe vertigo after a massive head injury & then another concussion years later, due to a car accident. It sounds silly, but trust me (& the Chiropractic Neurologist I went to) they REALLY help‼️ Feel better, Kylie❣️

It also sounds like Meniere's Disease. It's very difficult to diagnose and gets misdiagnosed as Vertigo often.

Hi Kylie, If you roll your clothes, tightly, you'll fit more in. Pack your toiletries individually, in thin plastic bags, and pop them into tiny little spaces. Take a soft nylon toiletries' bag with you to transfer everything into while you're there. If you really want to maximize space, use vacuum storage bags to pack into. The downside is you'll need something to use to "vacuum" the air out of the bags again when you park to come home.

I LOVE Liquid IV for an electrolyte drink. The flavors are just okay (I'm with you, I'm not a huge flavored water/sweet water person), but I always notice a massive difference in my mood and how I feel when I have one during the day. Costco has them at a great price.

Hydration IV is a good one!
Liquid IV white peach is my favorite! There is another brand called Waterboy which has more electrolytes than Liquid IV. In the Waterboy brand I have only tried strawberry lemonade but I really like it! Hope you feel better soon!

i had the exact same thing happen with me with my left ear and dizzyness. last week as well. it was aweful! if you like coconut water i buy it at sams because its a natural way to get electrolytes. my ear issue snd dizzyness went away on its own in close to a week later. ❤
I had dizziness last year for 3 weeks. After all the tests, it was Vitamin D. I max dosed Vitamin D and it got better. When Vitamin D is low it can cause sever symptom so vertigo. Its caused from calcium crystals that become dislodged. Try increasing your Vitamin D - couldn't hurt

I get really dizzy sometimes like I'm gunna pass out I suffer from a lot of sinus issues and the sinus rinse does actually really help but also maybe get you iron levels b12 and vitamin d checked as I was low in all these which also can cause dizziness although living in a sunny climate I'd imagine your vitamin d levels are fine because where I live (Ireland) is just rain's 90% of the time all year round however your body might not be getting what it needs to be able to absorb vitamin d magnesium helps with this though. As icky as the sinus rinse is it really is very helpful hope your feeling better soon ❤❤❤
I highly recommend Sugarfree liquid IV. Peach flavored
Try drinking Propel. They are “fruity” flavors but very light on the flavor. My favorite is strawberry kiwi
I like nuun for Electrolytes. It’s a light flavour with no sugar. I also don’t love drinks that aren’t just water or coffee.

Kylie, start saving your nichols and dimes now so in a few years you can fly to Seatle and get on a cruise to Alaska. We saw sooo many humpback whales in addition to a family of Orcas.
You neeeeeed to come to Alaska and go on a Kenai fjords tour out of Seward, AK. I always see humpback whales there!! I went a couple weeks ago and saw humpbacks and orcas!! AMAZING trip!!
One of my bucket list items is to go to a country bar and do some line dancing.

Not sure what shelly uses but I use an app called yuka which is free or can pay a small yearly fee mine is £10 a year which allows you to search rather than scan it's been great for my child's allergies and also helped me find what was irritating my eyes in make up x

Hey girlie! Glad to see y'all post again. I know that you are hydrating, etc., but do you ever have your hormones and vitamin functions tested? Any depletions or deficiencies can really make you feel off.

Kylie~ i have had that issue for 25 years and in my case my normal allergies causes fluid in my ears where I have pressure and pain if I push the side of my ear. If I don't take Zyrtec every day I will be dizzy laying flat. Also when it is windy out I have to wear ear plugs. I had to fix myself every doctor was clueless. For some reason the wind blowing in my ears causes fluid build up. one more thing my ears will ring when the fluid is bad.
I like LMNT for hydration packets. I order them off Thrive Market. I prefer the Raspberry flavor best. A lot of people like the watermelon flavor. Liquid IV is also awesome. I like the citrus flavors. Hope you’re feeling better. Enjoy San Diego. Don’t forget there’s more than the beach. You can go to the mountains l, desert, and beach all in one day. I live in Ramona. It’s a cute town to drive through on your way to Julian.

Hey Kylie! Hope you're feeling better. Just a thought on your ear. Could be vertigo or Menieres disease. I have Menieres so some things to watch for. Inner ear pressures, a noise, roaring or buzzing sound in the ear, voice goes hoarse sometimes, and slight hearing loss. Also, pay attention when you're dizzy if your pulse increases or blood pressure drops; could be P.O.T.S-Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Unfortunately, im diagnosed with this as well under cardiology. I pray none of the listed above happens but something to watch out for. Btw: my ENT wanted to do "exploratory surgery" on my ear too; but was scared. There is a MRI test that can see deep into the ear as well. If i can remember the name i will let you know.
Re-Lyte or LMNT is really good electrolytes. You want one that is clean ingredients plus one that has a lot of salt. Salt is a natural electrolyte, specially sea salt.

You should get the tube you don't want to walk around with a blockage anywhere in your body. Also, have your A1C check.
I live in San Diego County and have been whale watching many times. Don't always see whales but have seen several. Saw a blue whale and her calf once in Newport and that was incredible! I just want to get in a swim with them! 🤣 One trip we also saw a HUGE pod of dolphins! They are so much fun to watch! Hope your trip was fabulous! Weather here last week before Father's Day was not so warm but hope you were able to be on the beach and not be too cold. I am only about 7 mins from the beach in Oceanside and grew up going to the beach almost everyday in the summer. Do you use the moroccan oil on your hair? I use Davine's Oi Oil and I love it! About 2 pumps on wet hair works great on my hair.
Could it be Vertigo? I know I had an episode of dizziness too. And I was given meds. Took it one day. Never had no more episode. Touch wood 😂😂.

I was the same way and went to er and they had me to drink pedilite it was about a quart. Also Gatorade is good.
My son doesn’t like sweet stuff. He plays football and he’s been in camps and stuff this summer. I get him liquid IV. He tolerates those better than any other stuff. You can get packages like what you got in liquid Iv tho!

I had Vertigo really really bad several years ago. I had testing and I thought I was going to 🤢🤮. 99% of the time I stayed in bed with my eyes closed. I found out it was a virus that attacked my inner ear. It thankfully went away and I haven’t had issues since. I’m anxious to find out if flying will make it better or worse. Good Luck!

You can have swimmer's ear, pinched nerve in the neck, or beginning of an ear infection. Liquid IV is great for electrolytes.
Interesting because I just had a root canal done on the back tooth and now I can feel liquid some days behind my ear. My jaw hurts as well. And I’ve been dizzy and wondered if I had fluid deep inside just my smear or behind my ear.

Unfortunately hydration with electrolytes requires some sugar. If you look up homemade rehydration mixes it will include some sugar and salt. I have POTS, which requires staying well hydrated and I use liquid iv. Not for the taste but because it works for me.
Sounds like vertigo. Dry sunny weather drys out inner ear. U can get meds for it and they work very well .I've had few times not serious Kiley. ❤❤❤
In Australia 🇦🇺 where im from we have electrolyte drinks/ iceblocks called hydrolyte... since u don't like fruit flavoured drinks and Arizona is hot you may tolerate the iceblock version better
