I remember her rolling out her pie crust and using this to cut it some before adding to pie, but maybe that was just her thing. I thank you for teaching and sharing. I found one at a yard sale.....tried it and it worked just like yours....lol. Not so great.
I guess crimping with your hands works better and is neater.
Sorry to say this but the tool looks like it's just ripped the pastry to shreds. Maybe it'll take time to perfect x
