    I can't vote for a party that has so brutally betrayed my country during the 2020's

    • @Merlin3189
      @Merlin3189 8 месяцев назад +3

      Is betrayal by not going hard enough in the right direction, as bad as going full pelt in the wrong direction that the other parties would? The conversation above reflects the lack of courage to do the right thing , rather than the intention to do the wrong things.
      I am a reluctant supporter of the Conservatives as the least bad option - the nearest thing we have to a conservative party. I'm rather ashamed of the years I spent voting against Conservatives because they weren't good enough, before I realised that the people I was voting for were far worse.

    • @tomd2103
      @tomd2103 7 месяцев назад +2

      That's where I'm at to be honest. The Conservatives have been awful and fully deserve to be removed from power, but Labour and the other left leaning options (Lib Dems, Greens, SNP etc.) will be far, far worse.
      I think it would take just one term of a Labour government to completely finish off this country for good.

      The problem is they've done the damage with immigration and what now, give us a new containment party? Are they going to reverse the disgraceful damage done by the Conservatives because I highly doubt it. Chucking a few boat people out doesn't cut it for me, we voted to stop mass immigration in 2016 after we were promised it in 2010 so time for them to grow some balls and reverse the damage not just stop it. Until I see some serious talk on the subject I'm not voting again.

      Time to get rid of the blinkers mate. You dont love the Tories, you hate labour like all partisans on either side. Open your mind and dump the lot where they belong. Vote Reform.
