That Is factually incorrect. It's a "low backpressure" can which dies not void the warranty. Besides warranties are for poors.
I bought my 7.62-QD over a year ago.. still waiting to actually get my hands on it. Can't wait.
This with a Cmmg Mk47 or PSA KS47 pistol in 7.62x39r and an 8 to 10 inch barrel. Because short .308 is pointless, but this suppressor needs a short package in .30 caliber. Or maybe a Desert Tech MDR.
It would be nice to see a comparison of the best suppressors for AK and AR variants, 7,62 and 5.56, and for the new military calibars that are being introduced 6.5 and 6.8.

@@chltmdwp Yes, yes it will and it does, plenty of accounts, some even in the FN forum. Also, worth mentioning, here is the disclaimer straight from FN's website:
"IMPORTANT: Any addition to your FN firearm of aftermarket accessories (*such as suppressors*, triggers, muzzle devices, stocks, etc.) is considered a modification of your firearm from its original configuration, which may void your warranty."
If you need to ask anything to FN's warranty and they find out your gun had a suppressor, the warranty is voided. If they don't find out, you might get away with it.

What's the difference with a linear compensator?
@classicfirearms975 I know, dumb question; it's just that with no internal baffles and no back pressure, it sounds like a (very sophisticated and effective) linear comp, and if so, would it still be an NFA item? I've probably misunderstood the description somewhere along the way.

Running an actually useful comparison between suppressors is a colossal task, this channel does not have the means nor the expertise to do such a thing.
So how would one attach this to the LH 14x1 ak platform?
Hux makes a muzzle device in M14x1 LH. Just swap it out with your current AK muzzle device and Rockset it on .

I use this for my 545. Works pretty good.
now with people using taller optic mounts it would be nice for companies to start making shorter and fatter cans. The real question is. How much performance you can gain from increasing the diameter???

@@CrazyLegz72 i mean like 2.5 to 3 inch wide cans and 4.5 inches in length so you would be adding less than 4 inches to the muzzle in DT configurations. Delta p had a 3.5 inch long can that seemed to work well. Yhm is coming out with a 4.5 inch long can called the “fat cat”.
They really need better muzzle devices before I’ll consider them. Or offer a Keymo version of their cans so I can get better muzzle devices.

Titanium heats up faster then the other metals…but it’s lighter. I don’t know that they are as durable either.
@@davelpz3340 titaniums are also said to have a first round spark. ...not wanted for 30cal snipers.

@@davelpz3340 also all titanium has a slightly shorter life round count. That’s why some have steel core in the center to extend the life, like the HX-QD 762 Ti I believe.

Would this technically work on the S&W M&P 5.7. Forgetting efficiency, could you buy a 1/2 by 28 direct thread mount and be able to shoot a few rounds through? And would the increased diameter, even with a dot, interrupt aiming?
