I saw Papa Roach a few years ago , and they were an opening band,: I didn't know much about them, except what was played on the radio. I must say my mind was completely blown. Jacoby Shaddix was amazing. He took over the stage, with a combo of wit and (he spits a lot) vulgarity, and then went right into the audience to sing to everybody.

Saw them a few years ago. They were not the headliner that I had come to see, but Jacoby Shaddix put on one of the best shows I have ever seen; I don't even really remember the headliner's show, because he blew them away.

listen to the whole album. songs are exciting, the new style is combined with the elements of the previous albums, so the album is varied and interesting to listen to every song. Jacoby is a very impressive voice, it is rarely the reason why even pop songs in his performance sound good.

Jason LovesABR there last album certainly was dude, they’re not in that long list of cornball old bands anymore. Disturbed, A7X, Godsmack pretty much every other band from the early 2000s I’m just happy they are embracing the sound off of Crooked Teeth

@@DearAgony its okay to evolve your sound but they could have kept a element of rock In their sound they did that on the connection they kept that rock sound but had electronic beats or what ever in there as well I noticed that as bands get older or they have been around for a long time they totally change their sound even pop rock bands like fall out boy and Paramore left their rock sound for pop

Literally all of the last album was a Rock album, The Reason Hip Hop and pop are so huge rn is because they utilize every tool at their disposal, with computers and synths we can basically create any sound we want. Rock music played the way it used to be played in the 70s up till the 2000s is pretty much worn out as much as possible, they’ve already done everything. Continuing to not utilize technology and advancements in music is basically suicide as a genre, they want to express their art in a way where it will actually connect with people, and it can’t do that unless they continue to progress and experiment with new sounds and things people haven’t heard from them before. If you love their old music jam out their old music! Just remember the reason you love it so much is because when you first heard it, it was special, it was unique. If you want to have that feeling again from the same group they are going to have to continue to create new sounds that speaks to the world we live in today, there’s a reason if a band came out right now that sounded exactly like Metallica it would go nowhere, it’s played out, we’ve heard it all. Same goes for the early 2000s nu-metal bands. I personally loved their last album, HELP is probably one of the catchiest songs I’ve ever heard and the choruses on almost every song kill. You’re more then entitled to your opinion though!
