Tried it out yesterday....and I can’t thank you guys enough...you hv no idea how desperate I was for the tarka recipe and to finally be able to make it almost like the original tarka,I cried out in happiness. I did not add mutton fat because I did not hv it at hand and I just couldn’t wait to hv mutton fat to make it,but next time surely will. So to add a little extra flavour I added some chicken stock😛 But even without the fat ,it was yummy 😋and am super happy 😁 Bong Eats yug yug jio ❤️

I think if I tell them to save some fat than they gonna beat the Shit out of me saying that the mutton won't taste good without the fat.
