I have been unpacking from a move. I saw a reel on Instagram where a woman was talking about cleaning rooms. She would have bins or boxes for other rooms with her in the room she was cleaning. I did this with unpacking. I would be unpacking boxes in the kitchen and have a "bedroom" box, a "laundry" box, a "I don't even know" box, etc. If I came across something that was for another room. I placed it in that box. This helped me stay on track. You might be able to adapt this for your studio move. Have other task boxes or piles and if something related to another task comes up, put it in that pile. You could also do this with lists. You could have different physical lists for different tasks. If something pops into your head for a particular task, put it on that task's list. Also, stupid walks for your stupid mental health :)
As someone who recently discovered to be ADHD too, I find it almost unbelievable how you've managed to build an arts career so beautifully. Ever since I found your channel many years ago, I went back and forth between 9to5 jobs and entrepreneurship a few times and feel like I'm rollercoastering through life. You are so inspiring.

A book I've read (Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler) has provided a mantra I use to help myself in times of large change such as this, it is "God is Change" and as a person who is not really religious or spiritual, it has provided a nice support in time of extremes where you think "oh there are so many things I could have done" but instead the universe is providing you with so many new opportunities for new growth and change :) thank you for taking us through your journey, I always love having your content on in the background when I am working on projects and stuff. I wish you luck on this journey and I know whatever you create out of your new circumstances will be brilliant

I would definitely take look into art licensing as well if you want to make things but not worry about the shipping/ manufacturing of the product.
