    Good morning bhai apka exercise bahut acha rahta hai apke samjhane ka tarika bahut acha hai.chest k niche or nabhi k upar k pet ka vajan kam karne ki exercise bataiye please.meri umar 47 hai or vajan 75 kg hai mujhe apna vajan kam Karna hai
