What are your thoughts? Any units I missed or you would replace? Share your thoughts!

To counter your point on the meta shifting away from Tauns, I think 3 Tauns 1 dish is quite good. I think EBD is the best way to play rebs in the current meta. every meta is different for sure. but to the point of your video, i think any rebel player starting out should go out and buy a box of vets for sure. I think 2 or 3 CMOs is the only place to start a rebel army.

Totally agree.... EBD or hero hammer is the way to go with Rebels... At least in a competitive scenario..
Thanks for the comment and watching!

I just started. My rebels will be Mandalorian based. I dont know if I should go with Han or Luke though.

I'm a big fan of Commander Luke over Han to augment Echo Base, and use Han/Chewie/OP Luke with a more Endor list.

I am just starting out with Rebels, and I ended up going with the GCW core set at first, since I’m more interested in the hobby side than the gameplay. It’s a little cheaper, and it gave me *less* plastic to build and paint, which is helpful as a new wargamer. EBD is definitely on my wishlist, but it’s a little intimidating thinking of four core units, two heroes, and some support to build, paint, and then wrap my head around the more complex mechanics, vs. the pretty basic guys in the core set.

This is a different perspective I hadn't thought of.. Thanks for posting! Trust me, even being into the gameplay side.. I still have a lot of unpainted minis. :-)
Anything on the mechanics you want to mention? Happy to cover "how to play" gameplay mechanics in future videos..

@@langerslegionI haven’t had a chance to play my first game yet, but one thing that trips me up when reading cards are all the keywords. Things like Impact, Pierce, Critical, etc. and how they interact with Armor, Immunities, cover, and the like can be tricky, especially when these words are similarly used in other wargames, board games, and RPGs.
The rules glossary is helpful, but a video covering which keywords counter each other would be an awesome reference point! Look forward to whatever you’ve got next, regardless!
