PS3 is absolutely my most favorite Playstation console of all time for many reasons: the XBMC interface is THE best interface compared to all of the consoles (Switch, PS5, Xbox,...), the 720p resolution still looks ok on today modern tv compared to PS1 or PS2, it also has the collection of PS1, PS2 hits like Jax & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, Sly Cooper,... remastered in HD and some of the hits like Uncharted, Last of Us, God of War,..... carried over to PS4 & PS5, it has some games for Move controller which similar to Wii, it has some 3D games (yes, I still have 2 3D tv's and they're still kicking!), and not to mention that it can play blu ray movies, so yes,it's the entertainment center in my room! I love mys PS1, PS2, PS4, PS5 but PS3 is my most favorite and maybe that's why it's the most expensive console ($600, and yes, I still have the original phat model and like most people, I had to fix the YLoD at some point of time but it's still working now) Sony ever made!
The PS3 is my favorite console of all time as well. It was truly a multimedia hub and way ahead of its time. Wow that’s awesome you have two of the 3D TVs if I can find a deal on one I’ll definitely have to pick it up. I also love the HD collections on ps3 and most of the games still look pretty modern. Amazing collection. Still great to see ppl still holding on to this system. Ps3 is my fav. Hands down. I’m still collecting for it. Just got Journey the triple pack. Glad I was able to take that off the list. Still working on just the ones I missed out on. My collection is disrespectful.
I have a PS4, PS5, and Xbox One. I played Dead Space 2 for the first time last year which is on PS3, but I played it on the Xbox one with backwards compatibility, and that was an amazing game. Dead Space Remake for the PS5 is amazing you got to play that game eventually. Dead Space 2 is a great PS3 game. I played a little bit of a third game, but I didn’t beat it because it was bad. Love the first three Uncharted games which I played them remastered on the PS4, I will check out the fourth game someday. The Last Of Us is my favorite video game I definitely plan on getting a PS3 because there are some older games I want to play for sure such as Infamous, Stranglehold, ect Great collection My Top 5 Favorite PS3 Games 1. To me on my 4K tv they all still look amazing...nothing worse than PS4 and 5, still modern enough, my collection is well over 300 games for PS3 now and 4 consoles, PS4 currently at 55, still have to get a PS5 but PS3 and 4 keeps me happy...have modded PS classic mini consoles as well as modded PS2s with OPL with all the games I could wish for on the older systems

Sick collection dude. I also got a brand new Silent hill HD collection a couple years ago for pretty cheap. I hear that it’s a pretty bad port. Gonna have to play the PS2 versions for Halloween this year. I’ve got a Japanese copy of 2 and a US copy of 3 with the soundtrack.

I just played and finished Alan wake on PS5. It hit that campy psychological horror spot forsure. Also just watched the movie Barbarian for the first time. Highly recommend both if you’re into that stuff.
