Tecnically, you can. I haven’t tried it, so I can’t recommend a cooking time. I suggest you cook at 2-minute intervals until it’s just set even if still slightly wet. It will cook in its own heat for a few more minutes and should not end up very hard once it cools down. I hope this helps.
When an ingredient is changed, the result also changes. Sugar helps with the texture of a bake, so expect a slight difference in texture and even with flavor. It can still be a good result, albeit different.
