I'm loosing my mind with monitor set up, the manual guide isn't working for me.
In this video it doesn't show how to set the monitors, and the guide doesn't state to calibrate, even though I managed to get that far.
After that though nothing works correctly.

@@XPPen hey so the screen isn't showing up on mine, it turns on but when I use my pen on it, nothing shows up, when I bring a drawing program up it just doesn't show up on my tablet...

@@BoshiX6764 Honestly, I wish I had gotten the 15 inch pro version. The 12 inch is a bit small and my eyes aren't that great any more. When you load a paint program of some kind, much of the screen is taken up with UI elements so the actual drawing portion is maybe equivalent to a 9" screen size unless you go into a canvas only mode. Other than that it's really a great tablet and I haven't had any problems with it, really enjoying it.

i don’t have monitor 2? also don’t have option for extend screen. I tried the windows button + p and selected extend but it doesn’t work. I also can’t seem to turn on my display tablet? The tablet itself works but it doesn’t display anything.

I am left handed and I had it set so that the image was rotated 180 degrees so I could use the tablet upside down. An hour after I installed the drivers, it randomly flipped back around. Now the setting only flips the image on my laptop screen upside down, which is absurdly useless. Please someone help me?!
Does the artist 12 pro cable works with the normal artist 12?
Because my artist 12 tablet shows no image despite working and I was thinking about buying a new cable but not sure if I should buy the normal artist 12 or if I can change it for the artist 12 pro cable. Or if you have a fix for my issue, let me know please :)
Hello, if it's only the problem with the cable, Artist 12 Pro cable works with normal Artist 12. But if it was caused by other reason, changing a cable may not help. For detailed process to examine your issue, please email to service@xp-pen.com for further solution. 😄

Hey, I just got mine yesterday, and the screen and pen works fine. It’s just that the express keys don’t work at all, I looked into it and found out that the buttons driver apparently weren’t installed. I did a couple of reinstalling of both the current driver pack and the older ones, but none of them worked. I already emailed support, but I haven’t got a reply yet, how do I fix this?

@@XPPen XP-Pen This is a little late, and I'm writing this now extremely disappointed, but the issue still has not been fixed even after contacting both tech@xp-pen.com and service@xp-pen.com. I ordered this during the 9.9 sale in LAZADA PH, and received it on 9/17/2019. The problem seems to be a hardware issue as stated by your tech support, but the dilemma now is I'm in a fickle of getting a replacement. Lazada does not offer replacements for some reason, and can only give me a refund when I return the tablet. I bought it during a sale therefore the refund would also be the deducted price! I don't have the money to buy this at full price, and returning this would mean I'm not getting a replacement. I'm heartbroken that I have to let this go. I only have 2 more days before I am forced to file for a refund if I at least want my money back not stuck on a defective device. I believe you make good tablets based on the reviews of many people online and some of my friends testimonials, but I received an unresponsive tablet that I am forced to not keep. If it is at all possible to get a replacement from your company itself I would be elated, Lazada simply does not offer me that comfort. Any help before then would be greatly appreciated.
@@XPPen for the sake of answering this question, and also to grasp at any possibility of solving my problem, even after going through your service and tech support unfruitful - the tablet I have is the XPPEN Artist 12 Pro, I tried all versions of the driver provided in your website as instructed and I am currently running it through the XP-PenWin(20190903) driver in my ACER VX15 with a Windows 10 v.1903 OS.

I just got my XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro and i connected it properly, but instead of duplicating my screen it just shows grey flickering horizontal stripes.
The interseting thin is, that when i start or restart my computer, it shows the starting screen properly, but as soon as it's in the main screen of windows, it shows the grey flickering horizontal stripes again.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Its not the USB-extender, because i don't have it connected, and the HDMI cable is connected, where the other screens are connected too.

hi i need help, whenever i plug everything in (properly), and after ive done the drivers, after i turn on the tablet, nothing turns on on the tablet. like its black but the pen on the tablet works. on my monitor i can see the cursor when i move the stylus across the tablet even though its dark. please help because i bought the digital tablet to draw on it, not like a pad.
Are you using laptop? Cuz im experiencing it too...
Reid Linsangan If you are using a laptop that means that the laptop is not giving enough energy to the display. Try to plug the red usb cable into the extender cable and then plug it (NOT THE RED CABLE) to the wall outlet so you get enough energy. Hope it works and if it does not work Xp-Pen will comment in 3-4 days. :)

So the issue was the driver of the hdmi adapter, I didn't download the hdmi driver and when I did, tablet worked fine!
@Dez opo, how do I install the hdmi driver?
@@rodrigoanson7502 it depends on where the hdmi cord came from. Mine came from RayCon, and it came with a manual on how to install the driver. But if there isnt one, I remember going to the HP section of files and the driver should be there. It wont show up if the cord isnt plugged in though.
Dude, if I could like this comment a million times I would, people really made 10 minute videos to waste my time but your was the one that solved my solution. I couldn't thank you enough
I got mine in the mail today and the hdmi adapter wasn't in there, and I work mostly on my mac, I can go buy one but I was really looking foward to trying it out today but now I have to wait :(
Hey, our package doesn't include hdmi adapter because the adapter option changes on different computer. You'd better verify the adapter's and computer's type with where you buy the adapter.

Hey, what do i do if my PC has only one hdmi and im using that for my monitor. Do i have to take out the monitors stick and plug the display in. And does the display work as a monitor?
I had the same problem, I bought an displayport to HDMI adaptor and plugged my monitor from the displayport, and the tablet from the HDMI port, it worked

Yes the display works as a monitor. Besides you could buy a multi-interface converter for more ports demands.😀

Hi, im experiencing problems. I connected everything up to my laptop and also set up the drive, but when i turn it on, nothing. The button lights up button i see nothing. I connected the red usb plug to a wall outlet but it still shows nothing. It works though when i place the pen on the tablet it's just it doesn't show anything. I tried it to another laptop, it displays something but it's very dim. So PLEASE help me i cant use this as a pad, so useless when you bought a display tablet and use it as a drawing tablet. Anyways thanks.
Sorry for the inconvenience brought to you. For the issue of showing nothing, check if the power light is blue and is there any xp-pen logo on the screen when you turn it on? For the issue of dim screen on another laptop, Please make sure that you have brighten the screen by pressing the button on the right side.If still dim, chat to our online store service where you bought the tablet for a quick reach out or contact service@xp-pen.com(but email would be a little slow for replying)

XP-Pen mine does this too and I tried everything but the screen always shows the logo, then no signal, than energy saving mode or whatever. I have no idea what to do or how soon you'll contact me please help

XP-Pen hi my problem was fixed! Turns out it wasn’t the tablet, my adapter needed a driver to be installed.

Artist 12 Pro
a. Plug the USB cable into the Artist display.
b. Plug the HDMI and black and red USB cords into your computer OR plug the HDMI and black USB cords into your computer, then, connect the red USB cord to the extender cable and USB adapter and plug it into an electrical outlet.

Go to C:Program Files - Pentablet folder then right-click on PentabletService.exe and choose “Run as administrator”

Ugggghh every time I try connecting my new tablet to my laptop, all I get is no signal. It turns on, I've even gotten the pen to work a few times, but the display has never worked for me. Is it because I'm using an hdmi to usb adaptor? I'm really bummed because I really want this tablet to work out after all the money I spent on it.

I saw in another video that the laptop used is a thinkpad.
Anyone else having this problem? The xp pen monitor colors are some how incorrect. Black looks like brown, blue is greenish. If anyone could solve this problem please help, my career depends on it.
