Chunk is chubby and cuddly. But if he keeps eating as much as he fishes, he will certainly be as fat as a giant fur ball. 😁😁 He is so handsome and cute. 🥰🥰💕🐻💕 ✌️

Absolutely incredible specimen. Much gratitude for the amazing sockeye salmon who are unlucky enough to find themselves ensnared by these kings and queens of anglers. Their sacrifice is certainly not in vain.

That tussle he had this year with …I think it was Grazer…has healed up quite nicely over the summer. Left a nasty scar though.
Don't know if it was Grazer but she has a reputation for smacking down even the biggest of bears. She is my favorite Katmai bear and the best mom to her cubs.
