What do you mean aqua fitness is not gluten free!?! I Have Celiac Disease and I know for fact water aerobics are gluten free. I was enjoying your video until you insulted me... Truly Not Funny. Show more class...

She is bullying people with Celiac Disease. Her tutorial is about water exercise and she makes inappropriate comments about gluten being in the water. Our disease is life threatening and nothing to joke or bully about. This is harmful to people like me and my family. She should be more professional and not scare people away from water aerobics. Shame on her!!

Hi, Pamela, Thank you for your comment about my statement about water exercise not being gluten free. Since this is a workout for legs, and I had many exercises to extend and abduct and rotate the hips, which work the gluteal muscles - gluteus maximus, medius and minimus, I was trying to be funny when I stated “water exercise is not gluten free”, meaning we use our glutes a lot in the water! I understand that Celiac disease is nothing to make fun of, and I was not intentionally directing my comment towards that. Thank you for creating a new sensitivity to language. I hope you get some ideas from the video for your aquatic exercise classes.
