Today marks 3 weeks. I started doing the wall walks after about 1 week, slowly each day which really helped and have now included back climb, elbow push backs and shoulder circles which has given me a lot of relief from the tightness I feel over my chest area.
Thanks for the feedback! That's great to hear you're getting some relief from the exercises. Consistent rehab has been so helpful for my recovery and hope it will for you too.
It’s interesting how everyone can have differing recommendations. Not sure if you watched this video yet - ruclips.net/video/X3vGJRG1uhI/видео.html. I go into detail with my shoulder motion post-surgery and discuss the cautions I took into consideration. It was right for me, but may not be right for you if that’s what your surgeon is recommending.
You’re such a bad ass. Your determination is inspiring.
Ahh thanks!! I think anyone who’s gone through treatment for breast cancer is bad ass 😀💪

Thank you!
You're welcome!
I hope I can do that. It's been 2 weeks
You’ll get there! Consistency with rehab is key.
My plastic surgeon told me : you are t-rex for 6 weeks post double mastectomy with reconstruction. No lifting arms above your head.
