The i10 TWS are a great alternative to the genuine Apple Airpods but also have been known to have some connectivity and charging issues.
In the video there are two NEW fixes to help to reset or force the pairing and this doesn't involve letting the batteries completely drain which can take a long time!

The fixes here are for the genuine i10 tws that show up on the device as "airpods" in the bluetooth settings. If yours display something else this may not work but you are welcome to give it a try and please let me know if you are successful, it really helps to share these fixes and tricks for the i10 TWS Airpods.
Thanks to Jaylan for the heads up on one of the methods, which doesn't work for me on the first gen i10 tws but seems to work for the gen2 version with the fixed audio channels.

Right airpod doesn't power on and doesn't connect . It disconnected suddenly yesterday and i am getting no response from the right one , anyone can help?

Got the solution , i drained all the battery of the case and the left earbud by playing songs continuously and eventually it was dead with no battery . Now i put both the earbuds in the case and charge it fully and voila the right one started up again . After taking it out from the charge i took out the right earbud and it said poweron and connected with no problem . This worked like a charm for me .

Just came across your channel while looking for the LK-TE8 reviews and I'm impressed with the level of detail you give in your reviews. Still not sure which of the 3 best models to get, but with your help I'm narrowing my choice down! It's down to either the i10 or the LK-TE8. I just wish they would bring out a new model with the best of all 3 rather than chopping and changing each one!

After the battery ran out of the case, this fix did not work anymore to pair them both. I used this one someone suggested in the comments:
Pairing Fix:
When you take the pods out of the case they have to be held together until they pair, once only one is flashing red/blue you can pair them to your device. If the pods are separated too quickly out of the case they won’t pair to each other.

hey, the charging box shows the left airpod is working, but when i take it out of the charging box, it doesn't say "power on". Also, i can't find them on my bluetooth devices. I just bought them yesterday, they word very good. hope you can help me. thank you.

Drain case Battery and drain the working airpods and leave them like 1 day out case make sure they drain and charge them it will work

Hi Emir Baş I would recommend first make sure the contact points are all cleaned and try using some alcohol or electrical contact cleaner to make sure it is perfectly clean and all the prongs make good contact.
Also do the same for the USB port and maybe try using a different cable just to eliminate that as a potential problem.
If all that doesn't work, you are best off trying to contact the seller and requesting a replacement or refund.
Thx. u just made me understand what the chinese accent lady says actually pairing mode, cuz i thought it bugged into a "carry" mode and couldnt see it at already paired devices. Thx to you i checked in new device search and found it there for the somewhat reason it reseted itself.... THX!

So I have he i12 tws, and they have been great until recently the right one stopped working entirely. It wont turn on and wont show that its charging... please help!

However I got a new pair of i10 and even that both earphones work they don’t connect to each other instantly. Instead I have to forget the device and pair them again on my phone which it doesn’t work at the first time always. Any help please?
I would recommend letting the two buds go completely flat and then give them both a full charge. This is actually the recommendation of the manufacturers if you are experiencing connectivity issues or dropouts.
If you try this and still get problems i would consider speaking to the retailer or stockist and start a return as it is quite likely they have a hardware fault that would not be something the end user is able to fix or repair.
my right one is not turning on or pairing at all with the left one. no voice boot is even coming out...and all my devices now connect only to the left side one...

You can charge the box with or without the pods the battery level is displayed on the LEDs on the front of the case
Mike i need help both of the airpods wont connect to each other my right is the only one playing but my left wont work. My left is the one that is not working i tried all your tips but they didnt work. Even though when i connect them on my phone they say earbuds connected successfully. But they dont connect to eachother what do i do?

hi, i connected to my pc, after paired with my phone. So, disconnected from pc, tried to connect with phone, but they not connect, also they doesn't power off too, not charge and not say power on or power off. if i try to put them in charge just the right charges and the left still power on, i think, because I hear a little hiss like they were functional. Same problem here with i19 TWS. but when I touch the end of the both airpods it's work but that's not solution because when I release them it's just only left(master) working.
Issues I had with my i10s:
-would switch to Chinese randomly
-would pair separately
Language fix:
Take pods out and do not let them pair! Put straight in your ears. When the left pod is blinking red and blue tap the side until you hear a ding. I think it’s on the third tap or fifth that changes the language. Should be in English again
Pairing Fix:

I got some for Christmas and they wont charge at all
ok so i decided to check the battery for the right side and this was my experience:
i turn on the right side only and connected it to my iphone,when i checked the battery it was at 40%
then not even 5 seconds later,it dropped to 10% and proceeded to power off
i tried again and it was at 30% even though i havent even charged it,but yet again the battery percentage dropped dead and powered off
this kept happening and the more i repeated these steps the faster it power off's
im using a i10 tws max and had been using it for 3-4 months now
some of these clones don't last very long and by the time you need help the companies are gone
Did you find a solution for it? Cuz I'm having the same problem
I have question, for me, the left earpods has a low autonomy, in the case it charge without stopping (leds stay on all time when the left earpods is in the case), have you an idea how to repair it ?

I bought the one that says “i10” on my iPhone bluetooth list. I used it for like few hours and now it won’t connect each other. I found out that I got the first gen of i10, the audio is reversed (I don’t mind that too much) and the right earbud is the master one. Whenever I try to take them out now, the master immediately connects to my iPhone, but the slave one always says “Pairing mode”. I’ve tried to let them sit for 10 mins, put them back in the case and they still won’t connect each other. Any ideas? :(

the first gen i10s should say airpods in bluetooth settings, but anyway. leave the pods out of the case and on for a long time. 4 hours at least, also let the phone forget them in bluetooth connected devices. fully re charge both pods and try to re pair them.

Jakub Kriz currently discharging both of the earbuds. I know right! They usually connect each other immediately. Oh, I also tried to tap them 5x and instead of saying “Power Off”, the LED lights is turned on and I let them be like that until they run out of battery. 😂
Pleasee listen to my story, I feel like a lot lf people have the same issue..

You have to restart your AirPods, hold the back button for 15 seconds and that might work, if not click “forget device” on Bluetooth and redo those same steps

i got i10tws for christmas. From the beginning, they worked perfectly and there was no problem with them. I only put them in the recharging case when they have completely discharged. But one day I put them in my ears and the sound of TURNING ON came only in my RIGHT ear. The left airpod has stopped working and the function button does not work too. I have a feeling it's not charged .I've already tried almost everything, clean them, restart and nothing helped me. I don't know if the problem is somewhere else but I think the left airpod just doesn't charge. If you can help me with it I will be very grateful because I love i10tws

Sorry no I don't know how that model is reset. Looks like if you leave the pods out if the case until completely flat that will do it

I bought the i11 tws earpods a couple days ago but I don't see too many reciews for them. Are they closer to the i10 or the i12 quality wise?
Closer to the i12 in my opinion. The little touch buttons put some people off, but decent device pretty good purchase
@@mikesunboxing Im pretty sure it's the green labeled box vs the blue box without the button. It's hard to figure out which model you're actually buying though. I bought mine for $12 so I can't really complain either way. Anyone checking our earpods check out the app Joom. I bought an i7 right earpod for $4 so if you aren't sure about earpods, that's a pretty good place to start

The ones you wanna get is i90 or i100 after i10
my right airpod keeps 'dying' after a few minutes even though its battery isnt dead yet
like uh
i turn it on and use it for a few minutes
then it makes the dying sound
and power off's
i can still turn it on but i dont know why its 'acting dead'
Try cleaning all the metal contact points or if this doesn’t work send them back

Hi. I just purchased some i11 TWS 5.0 wireless earbuds and it just wont charge. I've plugged into several different ports with the iPhone charger that came. No lights come on on the box no matter what I plug it into. The earpods also dont work, so I'm assuming their dead. could you give me any advice?
I have a i9s tws both are connecting to my device yet only 1 works it depends to the earbud that is last connected if the right earbud connects last that right earbud will only play sounds and vice versa

@@mikesunboxing Actually yesterday it let the left bud and the case go completely flat and then i charged it both but the right one still doesn't work, when i get out the buds only the left one blinks and the right one seems is dead, I don't know if there's some kinda solution to this... :(

My right cuff has a lower volume than the left. Not very distinguishable. Is it normal because it is not the master? Or is there a method to bring both of them back to the same volume?
That is a new one on me. I'll dig mine out and measure the db's and see if it is normal. Just a silly question but it isn't waxed up? My son's i9s get really quiet, but that is normally resolved with some wax removal 😂

I would recommend letting the two buds go completely flat and then give them both a full charge. This is actually the recommendation of the manufacturers if you are experiencing connectivity issues or dropouts.

I have the version that's showing up as tw10. Only the left one is connecting to the phone. They worked perfectly for almost a whole year!
The problem is that even though both are turning on and charging, the right one doesn't connect to the left one anymore... I tried all the methods in the video but it didn't work :(

Also do the same for the USB port and maybe try using a different cable just to eliminate that as a potential problem.
If all that doesn't work, you are best off trying to contact the seller and requesting a replacement or refund.

So I have the i10 other version which says i10 not airpod in Bluetooth so when I pair first time after disconnecting both work at the same time but other time both don't work at the same time one at a time like if right connect left still tries to find device pls tell me if u have any solution....thank you

Do the AirPods charge automatically once in the case or do you have to press the button on the case ?

For the i10 headset does not appear to me the logo of the presence in the settings of Bluetooth is not related to what is the solution? and the charging is weak means the speakers do not give more than an hour and a half as well as the right earphone when combined previously operated and extinguished without interference.

Sounds like a fault in the hardware. Have you contacted the seller to see if you can get a replacement?
For my pair, the left piece does not charge at all as the charging box lights do not turn on when the piece is inserted. Is there something I could do?...except returning them 😟

Hi, I have the i tws pro.What to do when you have two separate connections showing up on your Iphone? I tried everything from this video, but my phone keeps showing two separate connections for both earbuds. This way I can only play sound from the left or right earbud, but can’t play them simultaneously. Thanks in advance!
Man tell me about it! i have some buds from Blitzwolf and they will not pair now. the y did once, i removed them from my phone and now when i try and pair them they just appear as two devices! it is driving me insane!!!!
Hi Mike, I just got an answer today that might help in your case as well. You need to do a factory reset on your earbuds. In my case I had to hold them 15 seconds and they were reset. After that the connection became one again. Hope it helps
Thanks Stephan, i don't have that option on mine to reset them. There are so many types on i10 TWS that all have slightly different chips inside. You are the lucky one if you can reset them that easily 😉

So I'm having a different problem with my I 10 tws's and i was wondering if anyone could help me. So I was at work and I decided to take only the right earbud out and listen to some music and I left the left earbud in the case for maybe an hour and now the left earbud even out of the charging case has the steady red light as if its charging bit it's not but my right one works fine any solutions?

Killer2184 I found the solution just leave them outside the case over night. Then you put Them in the case for 10 seconds. After that tale them out. Dont touch them. Wait for 3 hours. Then put them back in the case. Make sure you have pressed forget device before doing any of this. Then go in to bluetooth settings and Connect as if They were new.

it sounds like you probably need to do a full factory reset on them hopefully in the next few days I will be releasing a video on how to go about doing that

Both have red and blue lights when I take them out from the charging case but when I try touching the right bud two times but it wont pair.

please I cannot factory reset i30 set. Do you have a remedy for this new pair? They lost connectivity, intermittently, so the music goes in and out. That was the same for my i12 set, but the factory reset was similar with 5 taps. The i30 doesn't speak, it only uses tones. The instructions are completely useless because it doesn't translate into a cohesive English statement. Any help please. For now I have to shelf i30 because they lost sound intermittently and it's NUTS. So back to my i12's until someone comes up with a fix.

The issue with mine was that the charging prongs were bent, so I Placed a small bit of cotton in the case where the sound part is, and it put the Right one at an angle so It charged normally
