    I absolutely love this video the way that you showed how to accomplish the planet affect was very precise easier than a lot of the other ones I've seen and I greatly appreciate you putting your work out there for others to see and teaching others how to use these techniques thank you very much and it turned out beautifully! I know it's been a year ago but it's still very valuable and I can't wait to get started on trying this out to see how it works for me. Again thank you. 🎨🖌️

    This turned out gorgeous, and when you showed step by step how it was done, it didnt' seem so overwhelming. I've loved astronomy my whole life, and I'm eager to try both acrylic and oil pastel space scenes. It seems that blocked out techniques like this are the easliest for making planets. I just subscribed to the channel. Thanks!

      Certain people can be sensitive to acrylic paint for me I paint near a window when I can but I don't spray that much on these Galaxy paintings in acrylic if you plan on spring large amounts yes I would recommend just a paper filter for paint but for what I'm doing it is so quick it's basically nothing thanks again 🤙🌌🪐

    How were the colors prepared…medium used, flotrol, silicone?

    • @CoreOceanArt
      @CoreOceanArt  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hi what I use is one part floetrol one part paint and water to get the right consistency to what you prefer for that particular painting you might want it a little thick or you might want a little thin it's up to you on that then I use just a teaspoon and a half or so of liquid dish soap not silicone when you paint on top of silicone after your pore painting has dried your painting will break apart so always use liquid dish soap for your cells in your pour painting just let it dry under a ceiling fan or naturally you can give it a light wipe to get any excess soap off with a damp warm rag then you can continue to do whatever painting you want on top of your pour painting and some of my older videos I did things like humpback whale sea turtles etc don't ever use silicone when you want to paint on top of the canvas silicone never really dries it's made for a lubricant it will actually destroy your paint over time it's not meant to be mixed with paint anyway thanks again 🪐🤙🌌

    • @CoreOceanArt
      @CoreOceanArt  Год назад +1

      Hi thanks for asking if it's a nice day I'll put it outside it'll dry within an hour sometimes less then it's ready to paint or indoors under a ceiling fan about an hour also then it's ready to paint on top but make sure you're not using silicone oil in your mix otherwise the paint will break up on top I use liquid dish detergent for the cells 💥🤙

      Does the dish detergent just dry out too? I use an eco friendly detergent. Would that be ok?

    • @CoreOceanArt
      @CoreOceanArt  11 месяцев назад

      So after I add the dish detergent liquid and the pour painting is dry you can gently wipe the painting with a warm damp cloth to get any excess detergent off sometimes I do it sometimes I don't but most of the times I don't do it it's up to you but it will help in the long run basically you can use any liquid dish detergent soap repels. Paint I just add a few squeezes of the bottle no real measurement he probably amounts to two to three teaspoons thanks again
