Dealing With Anxiety

  • This week I wanted to talk about stress, anxiety and fear. For me these things often come out of worrying about things that have happened or things that might happen. Both of which you cannot control, so I wanted to talk a little abut how I manage these things by trying my best to focus on only the things I can control and how to stay present and be in the moment.

    I told myself this before, but in this Year of Things You Can't Change, I have unconsciously made it my mantra. "It is what it is." ... As I try to not go wholly insane, I keep telling myself that It Is What It Is, and that I should find myself something else to do.
    Which doesn't mean I am not happily bitching about $%&/(§$§ corona all the time... I didn't say it works 100%!

    What tape for your fingers do you use? And what kit brand do you reckon is the best I’ve noticed a lot of Allstar kit 🤷‍♀️

      tamara gavrilenko hey, thanks for the question, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I use Goat Tape for my fingers, I find it’s the best tape. You can get it on amazon. But any zinc oxide tape
      Will do. And yes, I use Allstar kit, that’s the one I prefer. You should find what works best for you and you find most comfortable though. Allstar is just my preference :)
