I’ve run the curved butt pad on both my Tavors for the last 5 years. The gun rolls up from low ready into the pocket of the shoulder so much better. It seats perfectly with no slippage, and the top lip is the same length as the factory, so while operationally the gun is an inch shorter, it still keeps within the ATF length guidelines. If you can find it, grab it quick. You won’t regret it.
Like your light but it is to close to the barrel and flash hider to allow a suppressor to attach. You should make the cradle drop the flashlight lower in the manticore frame to eliminate the issue.
Lastly attach the assembly to the Tavor, or try to, only to find that the RatWorx made Manticore "assembly" has holes that do NOT MATCH the Tavor! They are off a tad & you will have to file the holes -- at least that's what happened to me in attaching the RatWorx suppressor (which apparently uses the Manticore "assembly."

Love this video but the music is a little too loud for a video with dialogue concerning instructions. No big gripe but just a heads up. Thanks for this video, it's one more piece of temptation to make me want to buy one of these rifles. I love my Ruger AR 556. Not the highest priced AR by any stretch but I love it for what it is, not what it cost! I love the way this gun looks but I think function would really be great from a bullpup for me, I'm not a simian ape with nice, long arms kek.
You MAY be able to use your computer's EQUALIZER to help isolate the dialogue and improve the audio. However, not all computers or programs provide an equalizer. This tool is separate from RUclips and on Windows may be on your "taskbar" or your Control Panel or similar. An Equalizer may be associated with your "Speaker" setup control panel, too. It would be nice if RUclips had a "one-click" (like auto-play) audio setting that would "optimize voices" or similar.

You should specify that these are upgrades for the SAR only. There are three "Tavor" models, and this is probably the lesser of the 3. NOT to say this is a bad pew, but the other two are just more popular.
Will the elite force airsoft variant accept the butt plate and any other parts? Its hard to find upgrade for the thing and i want to get a more comfortable butt plate, slide handle and ambidextrous fire selector
Anyone know more about this and how it would affect upgrades like those in this video? On a retail website today I saw the following warning: _Note that the Tavor X95 rifle is assembled in the US from imported and US parts under 18 U.S.C 922(r). You should only use magazines made in the USA in your Tavor X95. _*_Use of an imported magazine may put you in violation_*_ of 18 U.S.C 922r_ Apparently it's a parts count thing originally meant to protect US manufacturers. So it doesn't apply to JUST the magazine and the interpretations I've read suggest this is a potentially serious issue, especially with BATFE reportedly doing a lot of work to obtain and check retailer sales records in light of a number of "loophole" changes the agency wants to implement (like the 80% lowers issue).
Disclaimer, we're not lawyers, we're media. Here's how we understand the situation, draw your own conclusions: Section 922r was added to the US firearms code as a back door ban on semi-autos. It bans more than 10 foreign-made parts from a list of certain parts from being used in any imported semi-auto deemed may particularly useful for sporting purposes, or from being used to assemble such a firearm. Three of the parts on the list are magazine followers, magazine bodies, and magazine floorplates. This means that the Tavor has the max allowable number of foreign parts excluding the magazine. If you wanted to use foreign magazines, you would have to replace 3 items from the list with US made items. Determining which items are foreign made in the X95 will let you know which could be replaced with foreign made items without bringing the count too high. The easy answer for 922r compliance on the X95 is that before replacing any part with a foreign made part, you need a complete list of applicable foreign-made parts. You can replace any part with US-made part. If you replace an applicable US-made part with a foreign-made part, you must replace another regulated foreign-made part with a US-made part.
Hi SHWATteam, I used your exact set-up for the ARClite XTL forend, but for some reason my screw holes do not line up properly. Millimeters of difference, but enough to where I cannot put the screws back in. Any thoughts? Am I missing something? Thanks...

+Robert Corser I'd like to try an Elzetta as well! The Primary Arms light is actually very nice, but Elzetta is Elzetta after all. The Aimpoint Hunter is pretty cool. The long tube and large diameter make for quick target acquisition and good filed of view. Of course, if you shoot both eyes open, the field of view isn't as big of deal. The length of pull or LOP is the distance from the middle of the trigger to the end of the gun's buttstock. Replacing the busttstock as shown yields a shorter LOP for better handing (for some), while keeping the gun's overall length outside of NFA restrictions.
I didn't find the suppressor an easy upgrade because 1) Neither RatWorx nor you told me that the suppressor didn't work with the X-95, but only with the SAR. 2) the supressor screw holes did not completely match the SAR foregrip screw holes, leading to my stripping a screw trying to put it on & having to search for screws, which when I searched seemed unavailable!
+Jeremy R Aimpoint Hunter. 1x Red dot that looks like a traditional scope. I've talked with a guy who vouches for it's literal ability to drive nails. I haven't test that theory myself.
Why the heck would you want an elevated rail which elevates your sight causing a big parallax & your gun is only on target at one distance??? Why do you want a Tavor to look like an AR-15?
From the Manticore website: "The top rail on the Tavor SAR is notoriously low and designed for taller Israeli made optics. The Overwatch top rail raises the rail height up approximately 1/2" which makes the height of the Tavor optics rail over the stock the exact same as that of an AR-15, and allows for comfortably mounting and using all of the standard optics and iron sights available in the AR-15 focused U.S. market. The Overwatch Full Length rail features 40 picatinny slots and can be used as a carry handle by gripping the front portion above the upper handguard." #themoreyouknow
I have most of these parts and I have to say that the quality is not what it should be for the price. I have drip marks on my front end and my flash light ring is uneven and even missing paint on half of it. my butt stock did not fit out of the box and I had to drill it to make it fit right. on my X95 I will go to midwest if the X95 ever comes out hurry IWI faster lol
