I just wanted to stop by and give credit where it’s due chile 🙌🏽 I did 36” soft locs today, I followed your method and I absolutely love it 😊 I got so many compliments already .. looks so natural ..thanks for the free game beautiful 😘
This way is so much better and it doesn’t cause any discomfort to your hair nor is it tight you can literally style it right after your hair is done I love mine
This is exactly how I was going to do my soft locs between my braids when I do them. Omg the best video ever, and I love how you took your time with her hair and use your camera to zoom in and out. Super satisfying and therapeutic in my opinion. 😍💕 Will be watching the rest of your videos. I do my own hair btw. God bless!🙏
this is my second time doing this and when done exactly like she says it is so secure. my mom helped me do it the first time and it lasted for 3 months. I am eighteen, i did them with the help of my college friends the second time since im in school out of state and its looser but you can always wrap half the amount you did the first time over the loc and refresh it. thank you so much. life saver fr.
omgggg love this way i’ve been doing locs for about 5 months now and was tired of the crochet needles because it takes time , will be using this method !!
Thanks so so much for this video ! Very do-able ! I’m currently wrapping & re-watching this 100 times as I wrap it up lol it’s 1 am . I didn’t do super neat parting like your previous video & im perfectly fine with that . I watched this once earlier & was confident I could do it too lol & ran to the hair store ❤️
I use this method too because my scalp is so sensitive! I just hadn't been able to find any skinny locs. Thank you for the link! Hopefully one day i can find human too
Thanks a million I’m glad u didn’t speed up ur content cuz then we tend to miss out something that’s important to achieving a slayed look. U can’t afford to miss any step. I live in Jamaica 🇯🇲 where these styles aren’t cheap so I decided to watch RUclips and learn to do my own hair. I am now fully encouraged bcuz of ur video. When I watched others I get frustrated and decided to go to the hairdresser. Y waste money when I can save it for my 1 yr old baby girl. Thanks again
Omg I can’t wait to try this! I was kind of dreading having to use the crochet needle cus it always seems to get stuck or something! It also seems so much faster. Thank you for sharing this!
By far these easiest method I’ve seen. I was gone keep lookin until I found one with NO NEEDLE! I love this. Doin it this weekend! What aboutttttt a take down video 👀
OKAYYYYY ima bout to do these with the assistance of my daughter tonight…I wanted themindividually installed not the other method thank you for showing me… ima do this im Excited! 🤞🏽💪🏽

Yes no nail glue bad experience twice ppl just love cutting and gluing my hair can’t wait to try thanks boss lady ❤you did that!!! Also the hair wrapping is it uneven on one side and add hair when it gets low ? This method is so much smoother
Did it work well? Lol I have 2 clients coming up and def wanna try. Looks faster, though it's been taking me 4-5 hrs to do them now, which I didn't think was too bad.
*Chef kiss* absolutely genius sis! You are feeding the people with this one. Also that music made this incredibly therapeutic to watch. How many packs of the soft locs did you use?
Yes please do a more detailed video for a true beginner . I need to learn how to prep hair , part hair and braid plaits and install locs. I really would like to be able to do this on myself. Thank you so much for this video !!
You mentioned that your client's hair is very thick, but it does not look very thick at all. Actually, I'd say it's more in the medium range as far as sparseness is concerned. I love, love, love the fact that you wrapped The roots so that they weren't fat at all. It looks very natural and even as if she just twisted it from the roots and they are her own locs.
@@michelleobama3711 Fortunately, you don't get to dictate how others choose to react to a publicly posted RUclips video. Now have several seats please!
Turned out very flat, neat and natural looking. How long did it take to complete? It would take me abt 4 hrs just to do the natural box braids before wrapping
I want to try this so bad I just feel like I use too much hair I know you said a thin piece just wish I could have had a visual of the actual piece . Looks great tho!
Love, love, love this!!! I’ve done a similar method in the past and the hair I was using to wrap with seemed to slip as the style aged. Have you noticed this problem? Would you recommend that I wrap the root tighter to prevent the slipping from occurring?
I think I’m gonna crochet the wrap hair the first couple times i do this bc I’m scared I’ll have the same issue. I want to be confident in my wrap technique before i do the wrapping with no crochet.
lol I’m not sure how this seems easier to a lot of people maybe bc my hair is on the shorter side I feel like braiding in the Loc wld take me more time but this method does get it super super flat and looks so realistic😍
I like this method better than the crochet needle. That thing hurts! Can you answer one question… is it difficult to take down? I had my hair like this before and the take-down process was excruciating 😢. The spring twist hair kept getting tangled & matted. Didn’t know where my braid ended bc it was lunged in the loc and sealed with the twist hair & tried desperately not to cut my real hair. Any suggestions for take down? Plz & thank you!
I have yet to try this, but will. I would ask, how do you secure the wrap around twist hair. It appears that you loop it, but doesn't quite show the method. I attempted to watch another one of your video tutorials but the audio stopped about 2 minutes in. Thank you so much, signed A grandma with Locs!

Do the wrapped hair slide down any since it’s not crocheted?
Nope, not at all…everything is still in place so far 🤗
how long did it last?

I’m doing locs & was looking for ways to expedite them- this hack is so smart!
I love how you explained the parting because the way I part mine last time it look like I had a few gaps so this makes sense thanks
They came out beautifully. Will be using that method for sure. 👍🏾
Thank you be sure to tag me on social media to see your results 🥰
Such a pleasant and detailed video thankyou so much my love

this is how i did them when i had lost my crochet need but instead of just wrapping it, i would use a bobby pin as a crochet needle but this is smart
Thx you so much for this lesson, I’ve been using way to big of Pieces .. def doing this style this weekend
