'Imma put it right back in my weave drawer.' 🤣🤣🤣 I've never heard of anyone dedicating a drawer to hair. Great idea! That baby hair is to die for!!
    Quick tips:
-When I get a good amount of new growth & don't have the time or energy to re-do my locs, I just oil my scalp & wrap some leftover hair starting at the roots.
-Add some loc jewelry for an extra sexy, edgy, bohemian, afrocentric look.
    You're welcome. 😊

How is the take down? I want to try this, but I'm worried my natural hair might tangle or matte with it. Since you are wrapping it as the same length of your hair, you cant really cut it can you? Or when you wrap ot this way, you can still leave enough to snip the end and it unravels easy? I hope my comment makes sense 🤣

@@MoveLabrina I recommend installing them the way she does in the video. I didn’t do that with colors different from my own hair. When I followed t video, the extensions would slowly slide down and I couldn’t blend it with my natural hair. So I would crochet them in. Don’t crochet them in!! It’s easy to take them out if you follow the video.
To take them out, I grab the roots and shimmy the extensions down my real locs. The extensions slide right out.

Ok, i have to come on here and comment. Sooo i dont really know how to do hair other than twist my natural hair, which is how i normally wear it. I tried this style and did it as winnie explained and yall it came out soooo nice!! I cant believe i did faux locs on myself lol. I am so happy! I am never going to pay someone to do this style on me again! I did wrap the braiding hair tighter as i plan on lesving this in for at least a month. Some of the ends did unravel so i just put some small rubber bands on there for now. But its all good, i saved time and alot of money! Also, i had to redo a few, so the take down process isnt bad at all, something i was worried about. All you have to do is loosen the hair at the root and loosen the rest of the loc, i twisted it in the opposite direction, and once both parts are throughly loosened, the loc slides right out! Hope this helps! Thank you winnie for this style. You are a great teacher 😊

Ooooh! The way I just quickly saved this so I can do this style on myself for later this year when I get surgery! Yes! I wonder if a little moisturizer or conditioner can be added to that hair to give a little extra protection. I’ve used that hair for natural looking ponytails, but never thought to create locs! I’m sold on this! It’ll keep me cute while I recover! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Girl, when i say i have absolutely no level of experience when it comes to putting weave in my hair. I mean i have 0 clue. I always style my hair in two stranded twist or wear my twist out. If i ever get it jn faux locs or braided i go to a stylist. I want to learn how to do faux locs on my own because i am big on learning how to do and make things myself. That includes styling my hair. I was very intimidated to learn how to do faux loc because the techniques looks very tedious and complicated. Im not tryna spend 12 hours trying to do a style because idk what im doing, i dont have that kind if time lol. But this, this i can do! This video gives me hope!! Thank you so much!! I cant wait to try this!!
