    Absolutely love this gorgeous style! You look beautiful 😍 SN: If you are in a rush after washing the locs throw them in the dryer on delicate for 15-20mins woop woop! Also, locs can be reused! I was throwing them away until I realized I could take them out wash them with wig shampoo and a bit of fabric softener and then reinstall 🤣 save some 💰! Learned this in quarantine lol. Thank you for sharing this tutorial!!!!

    At first, I thought that this would be a difficult thing to do, because I am not good with the crochet thing. But, after watching this video, I feel a little less nervous about trying to crochet again, Thanks again for another great video! Your video on Summer box braids was the first hair tutorial that I ever watched. I'd been wearing wigs consistently without taking them off for longer than to replace them with another. I wanted to learn about braids and your video taught me how. Now, I have been doing box braids for 6 months and I am loving it! Thank you!

    You by far have the best video for beginners and the easiest strategy! HANDS DOWN!! For doing them on your own head because all that perfection isn't really needed unless your trying to please a client and even then is unnecessary because your style still rocks!!!!!

    I found this video just in time! I just bought some for my daughter but I didn't know how to install them. Your pattern is not complicated and it works well. Soon as you said vinegar I was thinking but the smell and you responded to my thought instantly with its not going to smell haha thanks for the tutorial

    I've watched hindreds of hair tutorials for yearsal and Lafy you are by far the best number one who is capable. You are the Queen of tutorial. Also, thanks for the vinegar soak wash tip I've been doing it for almost a year and i can see and feel a difference every time i use syntactic hair less itching and irritation to my scalp. ❤❤

    I agree that crochet loc styles last about 2 weeks. That's about how long I can keep a crochet style in. My natural hair needs my hair routine after that point- washing, conditioning, and moisturizing.

    After soaking my hair in vinegar, I wash it with tea tree shampoo to make sure there’s no vinegar smell.

    Girl this is beautiful! But I’m not gonna lie, it would take me a MINIMUM of 12 hours to do this lolz😂I swear every other black girl I know is good at doing braids and protective styles but me🤷🏽‍♀️I guess my genes skipped right on over this skill

    love love love how you hid the individual braids!! All the other tutorials I watched ( dozens & dozens !!) tell you to use some marley hair to wrap each braid to cover them!! I was like "that's so much work! "even if its just the front. I want it QUICK & easy, lol and wrapping braids is tedious! Your method is so simple! Its simple & your not adding any addtl weight to your hair with the marley wrap. The finished style is beautiful! THANK YOU
