Your tutorials are the most helpful I think because you go step by step without leaving out things that most people would think EVERYONE knew....like how to release an anchor point.

Why alt not working in deleting handle?
You should do ASMR, your voice is great for it. And thank you so much for this video, this tool is one of the hardest to use on Adobe Illustrator!

How to cut part of the extra curve drawn, I don't want to use Ctrl + Z. I tried using an eraser tool but it doesn't work. Please help.
Did you try using the "Scissors Tool"?
1. Select the "Scissors Tool" or press the letter "C" on your keyboard
2. Click on the path where you would like to cut the extra curve
3. Use the Direct Selection Tool (A) and select the extra curve
4. Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard a few times
