    If you want to make and hang mini quilts in your sewing space watch this video!
    In this WIP Wednesday Vanessa will show her quick and fool proof method of making a mini quilt that is ready to hang on your wall in just minutes!
    A mini quilt can be anything! A lone quilt block, a sample piece of free motion quilting, etc. Put up on your walls to display your work!
    Follow along and learn more about the product she uses that helps cut hours of work from your mini quilt projects!

    I HAVE A WOOL MAT BUT I WRAPPED IT UP IN 100% COTTON BATTING AND MADE A COVER WITH A MY FAVORITE GREEN BEAUTIFUL FABRIC PRINT ON ONE SIDE AND ANOTHER PRINT IN THE OTHER SIDE AND MADE IT WITH A ZIPPER FOR CLOSURE TO WASH AND REUSE .

    Thanks for posting this! I was in the quilt club and have the squares done but not finished. This and your recent envelope pillow cover are exactly what I wanted to do with the squares but didn’t know how. Just ordered the dura fuse from your shop and I’m excited to finally put these squares to use all around the house😀👏🏻

    Have you ever used some kind of interfacing or the dura-fuse on the backing fabric? Do you think it would even be necessary? Also, does the white glue soak through to the front?

    You are mostly pressing when you do the iron on the mini block. My question is you're not sliding the iron around pushing it back and forth actually pressing and then moving the iron away from that spot. Correct?

      That is correct. I don't want to distort the block.

    Do not put your wool pressing mat on top of your cutting mat. It heats from both sides and will warp your mat. Ask me how I know that. Also, liked your video in a video approach.
