Like the breath focus. Liked the sequence of positions. Never heard of dragon. Crow pose, I've never done. A nice variety. Really appreciate d the balance work. Need that.

This was so good and just the right intensity! Loved it! Can’t do the crow pose yet but I lifted my feet for like 0.02 seconds!
