great pattern and video! Should I expect the sizes to be oversized when choosing a size according to body measurements?
I've never sewn a stitch but I've chosen this pattern as my place to start because I'm really digging this design with double knee that rises higher than your average store bought. Most double knees stop mid thigh, .... I'm gathering supplies now starting with selvedge denim. I'm also super pleased to find this video to follow along with. Subscribing and hoping to find some more cool patterns.
Would a 38 be a good size to cut for a men’s 32” waist

Just a basic cotton fabric.
I’m disappointed. I looked at the web sight to get the pattern and it’s from 34 up I need to make these 32x32. Carharrt used to make a pant similar to this but they discontinued them in the olive green color I love so much. Iv searched high and low for them and iv decided I’m just going to have to learn to sew. Now I’m here. I’m a welder/metal fabricator by trade so I can fabricate by print and template. Where can I find a template to sew these in a 32x32. Hope you can help I’d be so proud to wear something of quality that I learned to make on my own.
