Hey there. So I am very new to sewing (Ive made a few articles using patterns), and was wondering how I could make these shorts for someone with a 30 waist? How do I adjust the pattern for someone with this waist size? Is there some rule of thumb?
Is it possible to buy a PDF of this pattern? I’ve done a quick search and I can only find it in paper format.

Can you explain in more detail about the waistband. I’m stuck on that part. Are we supposed to fold over after we sew it onto the shorts and where?

What type of elastic do you use?
It's a shame if I have this request and I know that you spent money and worked hard for this pattern, but to be honest, I live in Iran and because of the sanctions, I can't use PayPal or any other company to buy the pattern, and I wanted to request that if possible Give me the patterns free of charge (again, I am ashamed to make this request 😔)
