How To Make Men's Shorts

I have struggled for the longest time trying to find a pair of shorts that I like. I have tried out most retailers but getting a size that fits my body type has been a real struggle. I finally gave up an decided if I can't buy one I'll just make my own. I have at this point made about 10 pairs and I love trying out different prints and fabrics.

Do I have to use stretchy fabric or does woven 100% cotton fabric work aswell?

It will work, but consider sizing up because it won't stretch
