You keep posting just the right type of tutorials that I need right now. I was wondering about the best way to animate my character walking, if I should move the character or the background, so this is a huge help! I would love to see tutorials about managing multiple rigged characters. I'm not sure if Toonsquid is set up for that to be the most efficient right now. Thanks!

Hello there! It will depend of how far you want the character to walk. For a long walk I would choose a longer background that way I can move both the character and the background. For a short walk scene I’ll keep the background stationary but move the character in it. You can make your walking cycle a symbol to make things easier. In ToonSquid you can have multiple rigged characters. The only thing about having multiples it’s that the timeline get a bit busy but with a little patience it’s workable. I would try to do a tutorial on multiple rigged characters on scene more in depth. I hope my comment help you. Thank you for the tutorial suggestion! If you have any questions just hit me up. Good luck!
