Narration is how Chrisfix (10million subs) grew his channel. You can't always work and talk because of the distractions but this is a really good way of explaining what you are doing when you're at home, relaxing with a cuppa.

@@seangraver5511 Thankyou Sean 👍 it happens all too often unfortunately. However the first builder wasn’t cheap, just very bad quality. They’re the ones that keep us in work
Brilliant to watch skilled men do their thing. My dad was a bricklayer, and I carried for him for 18 years. My biggest regret was not learning to lay brick. My attitude as a young man was not right to be an apprentice, and I regret that to this day. Did a couple of terms at night school bricklaying, and passed those ok, but you really have to do the hard early years as an apprentice to be skilled. Love the video

I suspect you didn't get to go to roof plate is for the very reason the client got into the pickle they did with the previous builder, ie cheapest tender over quality which almost always results in poor work at a high cost at completion.
I'm not a builder, great work.. On the side of the house, could you have shuttered it and poured concrete? Too long to set up,against regulations, bad idea, more expensive,I have no idea? Thanks
