Definitely monthly, I'm definitely hitting 2020 with a stride for treating myself better by giving up soda and eating healthier. So these videos do nothing but help me!
This is probably some of the coolest news I have heard on a while. I have been vegan for a few years and always have caught shit for it so this will help.
Definitely more videos! I went pescetarian at the start of 2019 and it's the greatest choice I've ever made. Im a faceoff man and even at the age of 14 I got backpains after playing only 2 games a week. This past year I had no backpains and in fact I've recovered faster in every aspect of training and playing!

I’m a lacrosse player. I’m 23 and have been struggling with back pain for 6 months. It’s actually really comforting to know that one of my idols knows what it’s like. It gives me strength to carry on and try new things.
Thanks Paul, my daughter went Vegetarian 3 years ago and fully vegan one year ago and is feeling so much better ( stomach issues ) ...considering joining her for weight and health concerns I have.
Hey Paul. Thanks for this video thread. I hope you continue on with it. It is helpful to get some tips from others who enjoy a similar menu. It helps to know that high-performance athletes can eat this way and still perform. My 9 yr old has recently taken up lacrosse. He was loving the sport, until his season at SCLA was cancelled due to the COVID -19 pandemic. He is new to lacrosse culture (having come from a rugby and football background), but has been loving it so far. Hope to see more videos from you soon.
People like you showing that a vegan diet is totally sustainable as an athlete and is actually good for your body really helps to educate more people! Thank you 👌🏻
I am so excited to learn you are vegan! You are my son’s favorite lacrosse player and so inspirational!! He has transitioned to vegetarian and I’m hoping he will be vegan like me. Thank you for sharing and keep being awesome!! 💪🌱
As a sweet potato aficionado, you spoke my language with the get-it-done microwave technique-great to not be alone in spreading the word. Totally into more of these type of videos.
This is great to see! Thanks for sharing and good to see that there are options for athletes to have good nutrition not just for performance, but adopting healthier lifestyles. 👍
Rabils kitchen is the greatest for sure try and do it monthly if you have the time especially mid season would be great to see the change is type and amount of different nutrients you consume. Iam also vegan on my 9 month as a vegan and feel 10x healthy more awake and more alive than ever before helps with recovery more than anything.
Hi Paul, thank you for this great video - I really enjoyed to watch!! 👍👍😃 And your vegan diet looks and sounds tempting and promising - worth to try!! And so I'll do! 😉 My best wishes for you in this recently started new year 2021!! 🍀 Greetings from Bavaria! Julian
This is awesome. I recently watched some show or documentary on vegan athletes. It's super impressive how jacked and fit those dudes are without animal products
I love the idea of vegan and many like yourself talk about how easy it can be but seeing this food haul I'm sceptical about the amount of processed food you buy vs whole foods. Sounds like it's working well for you. All the best.
Hey Paul? Can you do more Rabil’s kitchen! I love what to see what you eat and how it’s done because I sometimes get into a bad habit of eating stuff that’s not so healthy and so I would like to change that
What kind of bread did you use? Gluten free? Food is fuel. We would love to see Rabin’s Kitchen monthly if you can make it happen. Have you tried Whole30 cookbook? The Whole30 diet is an elimination diet to find out what foods irritate your body. We use recipes in the Whole30 cookbook all the time. Their Buffalo sauce is to die for. My husband makes Buffalo cauliflower. Yum! Bon appetit!
Keep up with Rabil’s Kitchen!! I am on an MCLA lacrosse team and I have been looking at ways to eat better, you are getting me interested in becoming a vegan
Love to see ya on the plant-based diet dog. Hope you continue to flourish on a vegan lifestyle! ❤👌 One important moral distinction: Veganism is the moral doctrine that people should live in avoidance of animal exploitation. A plant-based diet only includes plants...no meat, no dairy, eggs etc. Check out the film Dominion (2018) to learn more about why eating animals is morally reprehensible. A bonus is animal products are shit for your health! 🤣

Hey Paul! Are you vegan to help the health of the environment as well as personal health issues?! If so have you considered doing a recycled plastics lacrosse stick line? Would quality of the sticks be the same? Hmmm. Ideas.
It’s easy what’s you figure out your “why”. When you see the ethical and environmental effects in addition to health, you’ll loose site of meat’s taste pleasure
