[UNCENSORED] Phil Hellmuth FREAKS OUT Over Cracked Aces And Millennials
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 5 май 2024
- WSOP legend Phil Hellmuth is having a rough day at the office. After setting up what he believes to be a brilliant psychological tactic, he runs into the turned set of Liv Boeree and loses a big pot. Enraged at how unfair this is, he goes off on a rant about how this young generation doesn't understand how deep he is. He also talks about his rampage in the $300k Super High Roller Bowl.

Phil is the master of reading hands after he loses the hand in a showdown.
no even after he sees the hand his reading of the hand sucks i think he might be going seniel.
😂😂
he just won an event this year again....
I'd like to be that kind of senile.
Sasjehh really? This is your knowledge of poker players?
Well He should raise after the Flop. I mean he just got one pair...
But well He gots a feeling when he Is beaten
I'd rather watch Hellmuth lose at poker than actually win at poker myself.
He loses and makes a scene so much you gotta wonder if he gets paid for it.
William Yeaman He does lol. Sponsorships, book sales, freeroles, etc.
🤣🤣🤣🤣same
He becomes so humble when he wins
You have to see his game against Durrrr
Want to come to my home game? I have some great Hellmuth videos playing in the room during the game
I love that his complaints are always that other players aren't playing in a way that causes them to lose to him
I know right? Like when someone calls his bluff with a pair it's suddenly idiotic to not lay it down, yet if he calls a bluff with a pair he's a genius reader.
very well said
😂😂
It's how the "pros" play. They feel entitled to win if just their logic is there. They don't seem to understand that this game has many levels of skill and luck. Fuckin idiots. All of them. Except Negreanu.
So expecting to get lucky as the underdog is a valid strategy to you?!
I love how Phil loses and then spends 5 minutes explaining how he played like a genius. What a tool.
Based on the RUclips videos I’ve seen, Phil Hellmuth has never won a hand of poker
Edit: 2 years later and some of you are still stupid enough to reply and tell me Phil's accomplishments. Clearly sarcasm is lost on some of you.
Omg same. He must be like.. Really really bad
Except he has the most World Series of poker bracelets with 13. He’s won quite a bit (more than anyone else in WSOP). However it’s funnier to watch him lose hahaha
@@sobos1282 Reason he has 13 bracelets was because in old days not many played poker..
He was a big fish in small sea.
Now hes a small fish in the big sea of players.
@@Harni891 maybe so, but nonetheless you can’t deny that he’s a great player. The game has definitely evolved but he’s also adapted.
Most of his bracelets were won decades ago before the poker boom when only hundreds entered the tournament. Poker left guys like him behind. But he's still definitely better than the average Joe
"Honey, this idiot called me with pocket aces!"
Perfect.
Instead of saying honey you should be saying mommy
Can't be all loosey goosey
Can't be on your phone all loosey goosey eating a sandwich
He called my raise with Q10 honey!
Phil: Plays AA terribly
Also Phil: absolutely flabbergasted and disgusted that his AA got cracked.
Rinse. Repeat.
Yea..it's unfortunate but he allowed her to stick around for free. Playing to trap is a dangerous game when you only have a pair
Right? You bet the flop and get a read or get a fold.
He checked like top pair and straight draw were the nuts. She could have flopped a straight
He wasn't really trapping. That was a pretty bad flop for aces. @@nemesisgaming9479
@@ruuflez many have made that claim. His amount of bracelets must be respected. Don’t underestimate him. He gets tricky to play against if he can keep his composure. If he thinks his opponent is trash, he gives off the easiest and most blatant reads. I find it comical personally. 🤣
I want Phil to play televised poker forever. His rants are epic - both in content and length. One of the only guys I watch who can continue on his deconstruction of a hand rant for over 10 minutes. I think if I were at a table with him, I'd consider it an honor to be ranted at how I'm an idiot who doesn't know poker 😆
it,s on alot of players bucket list.
This is an under appreciated statement!!
100% - getting a rant from Phil means you're winning.
Phil Hellmuth: “The rest of the world has no concept of how good I am!”
Rest of the world: “Sure we do Phil. You tell us every 30 seconds!”
Okay boomer! That's the perfect reply to Phil's rants.
Yes Phil, you are the best, the best bitchy loser
What an AH he is,
Phil: *loses money*
|
Phil: They don’t even understand how good I am.
He is my inspiration.
haha right. he loses and tells everyone how bad they play against him. gotta love the guy.
The guy is funny
And he always assumes everyone watching has no clue how to play the game also lol
IceWarrior101 he’s right. Maybe not u but 99% of us are clueless
He’s like a parody, except he isn’t. And this guy is the most decorated holdem player ever too! 😂😂😂
Laak is such a gentleman, he showed his King flush draw to the guy who folded after taking the pot without saying anything. Just smooth
Phil’s a legend in his own mind
😂😂
To be fair, he is a legend in everyone else's mind also, objectively.
@@tailorknine5046 Not really. Just because he was successful when the "new" style of Poker was coming into vogue, precisely because very few others were playing the same way, just means he was an "early adopter." As soon as he started playing with people using the same systems and theories, he started losing and losing hard. And all he fecking does about it is whine and whine and whine and whine. Even here, he just keeps whining the same sentence over and over.
He's an annoying twat who really is only a legend in his own mind.
17 WSOP bracelets (including one main event title) and the rest of his vast resume strongly disagrees with you juvenile opinion. What have you ever done that is noteworthy? Getting 101 people to up vote this moronic comment of yours can't be your personal pinnacle...
Phil’s wife deserves a medal.
She's a psychiatric nurse, which seems fitting somehow.
jacques j.....Wife?!!!! Why!!!!!!
She deserves a divorce.
Honey, she ran with 5's!!
Sainthood
Aces get cracked, it happens, but somehow Phil turns it into a rant explaining how awesome / perfect his strategy was in a pot where he got owned.
Pretty standard. 😂
MrKydaman haha. Yep. He's such a disgrace to the game.
book narcissist
Not only that but he played the hand bad. Let me check-call my aces all the way see how that works out. If he's bets on the flop she probably folds. And he's mad she called pre flop. It's not 2005, a 3 bet doesn't mean you have aces.
Hellmuth is such a whiner....love to see him get busted!
Yeah he completely let her get there whether it was on the turn or river. He's been doing this "the people at home don't understand" for years. So sick of hearing that.
One of the best parts of this video, is to see uncut hands, and see that these players went 5 hands in a row without seeing a flop.
Yeah, I am always taking note of those hands that don't make the flop as some of those are pretty decent
I usually play 10 8 of clubs. Phil folds K5.
This video always makes me think about the one where Hellmuth is berating everyone for talking during his action and here he talks through so many hands 😂😂
I saw that one the other day but every other video he just talk talk talks 😂
He’s just on a much higher level than you guys.
The one where Annie Duke has 2Ks right?
"She calls me with King-Queen offsuit, and I have her, I knew it!"
Only problem there is that it was pocket fives, Phil.
Yeah, the same exact play could've happened with 10s or Jacks too. It would've been check on the flop likely and a bet for value after he checks the turn too.
Phil lost this hand by trying too hard to trap.
Checking the flop lost him this hand.
He gave her a chance to catch the straight and a set. She took the free card and he lost because of it...
Lmao couldn’t be more un-KQo 😂
Why is Phil complaining? If he bets the flop she folds.
If he is putting her on KQ then she would not fold there-with top pair and a straight draw. Also he 3 bet pre flop and she called, so he could have even been putting her on AQ AJ AK KK QQ- all non- folding hands.
Dee El but he didn’t raise and she had 5s
No shit
She raised to 300
Yep. So many of these hands he loses because he immediately gives up control. Blind Checks, Check. He seems to do this a lot when he has a decent hand. If I can figure this out, then the pro players know it for sure.
*Phil in every hand he's ahead.* Checks down/or value bets every street until the other person's hand improves.
Flips out about how another player sucked out and how he KNEW what they had yet paid them off anyway.
Phil: “I have aces; better let them catch up so I can get more money”
They catch up
Phil: “How did they catch up!”
Phil Hellmouth must really be the most humble person to ever walk the earth. You'd think the best tournament player in the world would be super up his own ass but not him. Doesn't say a thing to anyone and just plays his own game.
He's not the best tournament player ever, Negreanu is with the most earnings from tournaments only.

Phil acting as if this is first session of poker ever.
Phil's learned how to make money. It's not just the poker. We pay him with every comment because he's so damn entertaining. Here's the irony. He used to be HEARTBROKEN when he got a bad beat on him. It was genuine. I mean he's a hall a fame poker player, and he'd be known in the gambling community forever. But he hit worldwide fame with the crybaby gimmick. It's his bread and butter, way more than poker winnings
Sorry I forgot to finish why it's ironic. Now that he knows it's his money maker he goes deeper into his "knowing" to make tv. It's still entertaining, but now that he knows his celebrity is the parable loser, he's not as good with the gimmick.
Just when I thought Phil couldn’t get any worse, there he is to prove me wrong. I don’t think I’ll ever understands how he can justify, in his own mind, how he acts and what he says when he loses. “I’m so smart. It’s not fair. They don’t understand how I play.” What the hell difference does any of that make when the player that won has your chips sitting in front of them?
Phil: how did she get to the turn? Also Phil: check, check
"She's been watching me for days,"...lol Phil
Jesus Phil. You got your aces cracked. Just deal with it and move on. It's not like you're the only person in the world this happens to.

Facts
all these years playing and Phil STILL hasn't figured out that people don't play the way HE thinks they should .
Phil knows that AA vs 55 wins 8/10 times. but it's those 2 times out of ten that he REALLY has trouble with...
Phil sure likes to explain how good he is to everyone after he loses.
"Somehow she beats aces".
Well.. three of a kind will do that Phil.
So unfair.
What a baby.
Phill thinks he already won the hand when he gets dealt AA. He somehow forgets it's just a pair. The second lowest cards you can get in poker accept a high card LOL
"she hit her trips thanks to her smart play" hahahah get this autistic out of here
He's playing at a very low level.
Charlie Harper „she smelled a trap so she checked“ woman has 55 on a K J 10 board, you expect her to bet on a board with 3 overpairs!?!?!
Shiver yeah youre probably grinding those ultra super high stakes games on zynga
Phil’s rant is why I always remember to bring headphones to the table
There's something so enjoyable about Phil underbetting Aces, giving his opposition a good price to continue, and then wondering how the fuck he gets cracked all the time.
Phil is so smart, he can read you perfectly after the hand is over. He always gets so upset after sitting strong pre-flop, he should consider raising weaker hands out instead of complaining when the board hits for them on weak hands that weren't pushed out earlier.
one would think this would occur to him some time or the other, or to his coach too. but also, i think his blowing up is an act cultivated by him and the media, and the players too. they rib him and he explodes. publicity for everyone.
Is that the best way is to bet high pre flop if you got pairs and slow bet to fish if you got a straight coming up or triples?
thats the problem with luck, poker is a coin flip ultimately
Shoulda protected that hand, Phil, and you know it. You gave her too many free cards.
He only really gave her 1 free card. He 3-bet pre-flop.
It seems to be a trend when I watch Hellmuth blowup videos he's always checking
He didnt play that fine. He played it terrible and he knows it. Thats what he is so mad about. If he bet the flop like he should have and got what deserved.
If he bet the flop he wins. He played like a donkey trying to trap and got outdrawn. His fault no one else's.
I guess he was counting on boree to have kings or Jack's and to get into him so he could trap. A little surprised he didn't bet after the flop
My problem with Phil is he expects you to play by his poker rules?
Last time I checked there is no rules on how a person plays poker.
You have to mix it up as much as possible to become unreadable, but this upsets Phillis.
his game is centered around super sound fundamentals and an old-school strategy. problem is.... its 2021 and everybody knows how to play against that and play a much wilder and tougher game to read. hard to even pick up on tells when they play and win with shit hands. theres nothing to even tell lmao.
"I already know what's coming."
Yet, he still punts it off😂🤣.
"people at home don't even know how deep we are" 😂 I'm dying....
Watching Phil melt down, is one of the joys of life.
"I'm such a genius I check the flop after 3-betting pre-flop, giving her a free card. If I had just thrown $500 in, she would've folded, and I would've won. But people don't understand just how brilliant I am, and it all went according to my plan."
Whenever Im on a losing streak, I dont think of myself as a loser, I think of myself as Hellmuth.
“They had a group discussion about how to defend against Phil’s 3bets”
Phil, I promise you that they absolutely did not.
theyve been having a group discussion about that for 30 years.
@@jordaneimer2873 Whats a 3 bet?
A three-bet is the first re-raise made in response to an open raise. Here, the stakes are $50-$100. So the big blind (Phil here) put in a $100 bet before the hand was dealt. The UG player with 5s raised the blinds to $300. Phil then re-raised to $800 with AA. Because Phil's re-raise was the first re-raise of the initial open raise, Phil was three betting.
They confirmed immediately afterwards that this is true, but alright.
@@ShivaOO7 6:10 , Phil brings up Again them discussing Phil’s 3-betting, guy on Phil’s right asks her “is this true”, she laughs and says “No”.
I’m assuming you took her earlier non-response when Phil asked if he was right about it or not to mean that it was true, which I also did at first, because that’s how her smile and silence came off to me. But that’s why they’re poker players and I’m not lol, cause I can’t read em
I love how Phil Laak, keeps on poking Hellmuth to keep him going.
"It's like so unfair" holy boohoo Phil
Phil tells this long story about how he's got everything figured out and how deep he is and so on. Someone asked Liv if it was true what Hellmuth was saying, she laughed and said 'no'. He's talking out of his ass, none of it is true, then he can't figure out how she comes up with a set. I know how, because the story he's telling is bullshit, so of course the hand doesn't end the way he expects.
After he ranted and told the same story 3 times, nobody would pay him any attention. He turned to the poor guy on his left, I heard him say, 'do you know how I did this', then he went on telling the story for the 4th time. The guy had no choice but to pretend to be paying attention.
At one point he said' I know all of this',........ then he immediately said, 'well, I'm just guessing'. Phil, knowing and guessing are far from being the same. How can he say he knows it, before taking another breath he says I'm guessing? I think he's off his rocker, poker is eating him up, he needs a break from it before they take him away in a white jacket.
At the end "this is so unfair" literally a game about lying and deceit.
I just realized. Sitting at a table with Both Phil’s would be annoying pretty quick.
But having hottie Liv there would make it tolerable.
Eh, I like Phil, he doesnt bother me that much plus he's funny. Now Phil on the other hand...
But yes, Liv is pretty hot, I give her credit for that. Taken though probably

@Mighty Megatron Yo, Dumbass. The 'Boomer' in 'Ok Boomer' isnt referring to literal Baby Boomers. In this context being a Boomer is a mindset, not a generation.
Brandon, that "boomer" is far more rich and successful than you (or any millennial poker player) will ever be. That's why you are spent 13 minutes of your day watching a video featuring that "boomer" Phil instead of a young punk. You have the IQ of an amoeba.

I feel so bad for Phil... I couldn’t imagine having such low self esteem and such a fragile ego. He genuinely NEVER gets out played in his own mind. It’s literally always someone else’s fault for being so stupid and getting lucky. And then he usually has to go run over to his wife and get a pep talk lol.

Poker is definitely gambling but the more skilled players will come out ahead in the long run. Luck definitely plays a big part in poker.

You raise preflop then check three straight times after that. Of course they have a chance to hit something. How the hell did he win so many bracelets? Why are you not betting with Aces top pair and even a straight draw? You deserved to lose that. Yeah you're the only one who understands the game. Nobody else does...
Phil knows how to get more out of the hand, that's why. That is why he is a millionaire professional player and you aren't. He is just a bad loser when someone (inevitably) hits lucky cards against him. He played the odds, but the rare case beat him.
john Tuttle no John he could of value bet and made the same also scare her off the pot he does this the whole time and has a hissy fit when his trap fails his plays are out of a play book from years ago when people where more conservative younger players are more likely to push he should of bullied her off the hand and taken what ever he could get from each bet instead of checking into a hit. And before you start I’m pretty successful at poker
@@MARIUS2776 I agree, especially with that flop
MARIUS MCCLOSKEY another self important poker asshole 😂
Phil is more of an old school player. Poker has changed a lot in recent years. Well the way players play has changed, they play more hands that old school players would muck. Phil is an excellent poker player. He is better at tournament play then at cash games. Phil has so many bracelets because he plays good consistently. "I'm so deep I understand what they're thinking so much.." doesn't see the set. Or the AQ straight she could have also "somehow showed up with". Phil has forgotten Aces are only best preflop, and instead of seeing where he is post-flop with a raise, checked himself into a hidden set.
