He’s probably got through his whole life without getting punched in the face.
That's truly the issue with this world now.
Exactly what I was thinking
I reckon he has
thats funny because i was thinking theres nothing wrong with this little twerp that a broken nose wouldnt fix
Same thought..
The fact I’ve never heard of this kid until this video is all I need to know about his poker skills.
To be fair everyone knows of Jamie Gold and he's not all that flash hahah
A ton of GREAT poker players out there we have no idea who they are tho
You are too young maybe. Everyone who watched WSOP in 2006 knows him
I definitely remember this guy when watching the WSOP 2006 and cheered against him....
@@Nash9r Nah, I watched all poker shows religiously back then and I only have faint memories of this guy. Very forgettable character.
He is what he says he is. A gambler not a poker player. You can read him like a pamphlet. All emotion.
That's exactly what happened on the last hand. Dude might not have shoved on a suited flop had he been up against a better player. Chipstacks factored in there, too, I'm sure. But that dude read Molina "like a pamphlet" as you said.

When Jamie Gold is the voice of reason, you know you're just plain wrong.
Someone making Jamie Gold seem likeable, never thought I’d see the day.

my EXACT thoughts. I remember hating Gold but I don't remember Molina at all. This was my 3rd year following the main event. Even though I personally hate people like this, Will K, or the bull doser it makes for entertaining TV.
Lol so true
Jamie gold is likeable imo and one of my favorite poker players. He made that 2006 World Series awesome

His final hand might be the worst call in WSOP history. It's amazing how a kid who played a hand that badly made it as far as he did. It's equally amazing that this 110 lb. twerp didn't get ragdolled in the parking lot with the way he spoke to other players during this tournament.
So you're that sensitive type at the poker table huh? Lol

Ragdolled? Lol for what? Have you ever played at a poker table with real money? Molina is the boss.
And since then, he has become a legend in the janitorial game.

It’s great when he makes a mistake and it’s no big deal but when his opponent makes a mistake he berated them
The other players at the table showed amazing restraint. What a petulant child.
That’s white privileged but your probably white yourself and won’t admit it
can't believe anyone would consider shaking his hand. unbelievable.
He's one of those little punks that gets in someones face talking crap and when he gets smacked wants to call the cops. He would be the guy that runs up behind someone and punches them blind sided.

Do you know how much money it was to get in the game??
Many major sport league lockouts got poker on TV
The dude did admit from the jump that he's a gambler first, poker player 2nd.
That Jamie Gold side bet action aged well.
The look on his face when his oppent rolled over 2 of his outs that last hand......priceless.
He told his family he got caught but no, he made the stupidest call ever on a two card draw. He was losing the whole time and he wasn’t the one who pushed, he CALLED so no he didn’t get caught, HE did the chasing and missed.
Hardly the stupidest call ever. It's 700k to win 1.9 million so he only needs about a 37% chance to win to make it worth it. He's a bit unlucky that he's up against 99, if he's up against tens or jacks he has four more outs and it's pretty much mathematically correct to call (close enough that it comes down to tournament dynamics).
The overbet on the flop is more questionable IMO because it makes it really hard to have a flush (especially at the time this happened), which in turn means there's a lot of hands your opponent can comfortably shove with.
@@doktarr If his opponent has 1 spade in his hand he is a massive underdog, the call really is stupid
Stupidest call ever? He had most of his stack in the pot he didn't have much choice.
@@moneyindabank He didn't have most of his stack in the pot, he still had 800k behind.
