Hey guys I used really enjoy HIgh stakes poker back in the day, but the recent seasons don't do it for me... Just found out about this hustler casino thing, is there a way to watch everything somewhere? Are there seasons like HSP? Thanks
I think everyone was scared of someone hitting a set on the flop. Way it went preflop you can imagine that someone had a low pair like 9,7,6. I'm spitballing tho.
In the first hand 63o should be outta here preflop, and postflop the check on turn is awful you have a very vulnerable but strong value hand with two pair (gets counterfeit on a 2 or 8 and 4 or 5 puts a 4-liner to a straight on the board) should want to build a pot. Calling River is probably ok but merit to raising since hand is underepped and beats 8x or occasional overpairs. In the 2nd hand 83o makes this hand insane going into the flop since should be trivial fold preflop. Once 98s donk jams, TT is in a gross spot, beat 9x and 8x of spades, but loses to sets and two pairs, also has to worry about the 3 people behind him. That being said people are wild and he has a straight draw so TT is best overpair to call with rather than say AA which might only have 2 outs. Fold is probably fine, idk what is higher EV in this field. K9s after probably made good fold as crushed by value with no redraw and draws have good equity against him. Other two players correctly make the trivial folds. In the 3rd hand, 98o of Peter should fold, and thin to bet flop even, and probably should check turn since have to fear Ax or better 9x and overpairs. For Rahul, raising flop is viable but with Ax of spades plausible flatting seems reasonable as well. On turn you have to continue, sure Ax of spades has you dead but, he could have A5 of hearts and you have correct odds to call, or even better yet he has 9x and the K+Q may be live. There’s even worlds where KQ is best hand if Peter has 53 or 52 of spades for combo draw of wheel and worse flush draw. He’s much more likely to have one of the aforementioned hands then a boat at this point.

Bad fold by the tens. Can see why it was made - 3 still behind him, 5 way multi-way pot. But SPR is 1 and you have an overpair + a gutshot against super wide ranges. You just have to close your eyes and go with it.
Right people don’t understand the concept of bet/raise when you think worse will call or better will fold and he’s not going to be able to do either of those things there with bottom 2 pair, even worse if he gets jammed back on now it’s an even harder decision, I think it was a fine call
