Eh, the first hand he got his opponent to call an overbet dead to a draw that he wasn't getting a good price on. Safe to assume action until that point led Phil to believe he could get called by worse there. Phil's shove was repping the hearts bluff to try and get heroed when in fact he has a strong non-heart hand. If he was beat he was expecting 33 or 44, not hearts. Tonka did get lucky on that hand that not only did he hit but Phil had a hand that was going to put the money in. its the moves they make against him like this move okay helmuth reads him pretty correctly and prices the draw out on the turn there is absolutely no reason why this guy should call on the turn especially when that 8 comes on the turn casue all hes beating at that point are ace highs and flush draws that are better than his flush draw and helmuth crushes tournament poker theres a reason he is still around in poker and people that have won the main are out of poker
Dude, he called a raise with a 10/8. I've seen him ridicule folks for calling a raise with better hands than that. I don't care that he drew an 8, I don't care how many bracelets he has won or how he won them, I don't care if he read the hand right after that, and I agree the guy should not have called at that point... I am making a point that he calls raises with hands that he would call other folks idiots for doing so. Yes, he is a very good player...not as good as he thinks he is...but good. My point is, why can't he be a gracious loser instead of a cry baby all the time? Always an excuse when he loses...even blames the dealer when he has no other excuses. He is a so called professional poker player. Can't he be more professional at least some times?

I think you were right. They cut it for the language.
I am really surprised Phil has made it as far as he has. The game has changed but Phil hasn't... He always make terrible calls
He's one of the best and a great reader, the last call was not bad.
@@priely5149 he sucks in cash game's, but I'll give you credit he is a good tournament player
I love how Phil always pleads his case to the dealer like they're going to help him out or something
IF I WERE PLAYING PHIL, IWOULD HAND HIM A PACIFIER WHENEVER HE LOSES.
Why are you yelling
It's sick I know but I can't seam to get enough of the baby getting busted bahahaha!!!!!
Phil sounds so different without the beeps.
8,800 for the 8.... Donk didn't get the message, couldn't take his eyes off the flush draw, gets lucky, thinks he's pro. Fairly standard.
Has Phil ever been sent to the rail for his tirades? Every tournament has rules against insulting other players yet none seem to apply to him
Great point. I followed Poker pretty hardcore 8-10 years ago and was playing on FTP before they got raided and always wondered this. On Poker After Dark, his baby attitude got stale after a while and I wondered if he was ever reprimanded when he was a t a high stakes game that wasn't on national tv?
Thinking the same. He should be punished.
@@howardOKC he is such a big player if I was a host and I had Phil hellmuth at my tournament or whatever it would obviously drawnin lots of people so they give him slack.
Where is the full video?
He black magiced him lol
"You called $8800 with 5 outs."
No, it was 9 outs.
"You got your one outer on the turn."
Nope, it was two outs.
"You raise the button every time."
That's a good strategy heads up.
There's no way that Hellmuth doesn't know what he's doing, so I now think that these rants (at least the contents of these rants) are done on purpose to hopefully get the opponent to play more passively.
Not at the table when the next hand is dealt = fold.
Extending special privilege to Helmuth only worsens his entitlement complex
Or tonka and him could have agreed its ok, did you think about that?
Nobody's better than anybody else at the big tables. They have different styles. Different ways of doing things. But everybody knows how to play. The key to winning is watching and understanding. There’s things I don't see anymore, a blind spot.
Hellmuth is pure filth.
the dealer looks like the therapist from Suits
Here's the bottom line, Phil Hellmuth can't handle players playing against him the way that he plays against them and tries to bust other players Bluffs when he gets called out and is overall just a dirty poker player. They keep him around because it's good ratings, think about it now. look at the ratings when Phil Hellmuth ain't playing and look at the ratings versus when he is and I guarantee they're probably double because people want to see a shitshow.... it's the same reason we all stare at traffic accidents every single time even though we've all seen millions of them. We love a good shit storm.
THIS IS MERICA! hahaha
Always so satisfying watching hellmuth lose and then freak out about it like as if what just happened isn't supposed to happen to him but it does and it just did! ❤😂love it
Helmuth is the biggest baby in poker. I don't care how many bracelets he has...I feel they all came from luck. He ridicules people for calling a raise with a poor hand...or even a decent hand, and yet he will call a raise with an even worse hand...and then cry when he loses.
its the moves they make against him like this move okay helmuth reads him pretty correctly and prices the draw out on the turn there is absolutely no reason why this guy should call on the turn especially when that 8 comes on the turn casue all hes beating at that point are ace highs and flush draws that are better than his flush draw and helmuth crushes tournament poker theres a reason he is still around in poker and people that have won the main are out of poker
I don't like Phil, but he didn't win 15 bracelets because of luck. He is a spectacular poker player, regardless of what you think of the man
Unfortunately, I am not ranting. There goes that theory out the window.
Can't he be more professional at least some times?
this is heads up almost any hand is playable at this point in heads up you cant sit around for aces or kings. Phil is more angry about this guy calling on the turn when he basically beats nothing.
I can’t believe Phil is a poker player. He doesn’t realize the guy is probably going for hearts. And yet without hesitating, he goes all in with only 3 of a kind and the river is a heart. Phil always believes he has the best hand and can’t fathom the other guy could have a better hand.
''He called me and i had pair of 10s honey!..''
''I'm such a great poker player honey!..''
THIS DUDE SUCKS!! lol
ZOMBIE SOW you do realize hellmuth is one of the greatest poker players of all time right?
Is there videos of Phil ever winning? His name is legendary but he’s always losing and getting mad😂😂😂. But I love it
daddy teaching a "legend" what a TWO outer is
Jim K. What are you referencing?
1 outer
Yeah it was a 1 outer but wasn't sure if he was talking about that hand or that he didn't realize that the other six would give Phil a flush.
It was a 2 outer.... The 6 of Diamonds would give sweet Hellmuth a frush, but would give Jonah HIll 4 of a kind. and the Phil blowup still ensues
Phil was referring to the turn, but yes a 6 on the river may have slowed Phil down
Phil- “That’s why I’m Phil Hellmuth” yeah trapping everything, getting drawn out on and whining about it. Again and again and again
