Oh man, that composure. I wouldn't be able to stay calm in that situation, let along making one steady shot after another. Damn, you're one helluva porter.
@@bubba006 No it comes from not being scared of BT's. I have few hours, not used to shooting on controller and even I can do that. It's really not that hard, especially when they do barely any dmg.
I bring spare ammo pouch on backpack for those anti BT handguns. It adds absurd amount of ammo (level 1 +24, level 2 +48) you can kill an entire set with just one gun.
Ah, you're playing Director's Cut, this is the original. The original doesn't have the floating jellies, so quickest way to gather crystals was to farm the mini-bosses (catchers).
I've always wondered who in their right mind would place a safehouse there but I utilize and stock it with materials for use as a place to retire to and to restock my blood bags and grenades. I've had one instance in that area where where gold fiery bt's show up and I'll cuff them. Yields more crystals but the other locations where floating round blob bt's are I just take a level 3 non lethal rifle and do target practice. Yields different items and materials as well as large three clusters of chiral crystals.

@@bubba006 yeah,I agree. I wondered why the blobs didn't yield anything on the regular game. Usually when I'm feeling like it I'll harvest the blobs near the Way station north of mountain knot city. No timefall, use a truck to park and shop. You gain a whole new section of road making it a shortcut to mountain knot city. Use a floating carrier to zipline extra cargo.
Thanks, that particular location by the Evo-devo Biologist will always present 3 lions if playing on Very Hard game setting. I'm sure other areas do the same but I prefer this spot as it lets me stand on that outcrop of rock the whole fight without having to slog through the tar as buildings rise and fall.
On Very Hard game setting (which you need to get the 5000) the area is safe for a very limited time. The area is safe much longer if you go through the area taking out the BT's rather than the catchers but yields much less crystals.
@@bubba006 I see, so killing all the gazers it's safer but slower, yields less rewards, and makes the area safe for longer, while killing the catchers is much more rewarding, but risky, and the area is safe for a smaller amount of time.

nice , such an intense spot on the map!!
Thanks, my favorite crystal farming spot.
Keep on keeping on!
Imo this is the most fun area in the game since you can do a Giant BT encounter and go straight to a MULE camp next to it after
So true, I've got a zipline going straight into that terrorist camp so I can quickly go pilfer some chem between rounds of boss fights :)
And here I was content to pop the jellies at the north edge.

lmao that's a new level of efficiency.
btw how do you get 3 lions so consistently?

So, how much Chirals does this provide, on average?
5000 per round, takes 9-10 minutes from start of one round til start of the next depending on how long it takes to dispatch them.
@@bubba006 wait wait wait, multiple rounds? I thought an area becomes safe after killing the collectors?
